Nearly on time, skilled driver, spacious for belongings, 120V charging outlets not working, weak internet connection, restroom should be available
My recent trip was pretty good overall. The bus showed up almost on time, and the driver was really good at driving. We had enough room to store our stuff, which was nice. But I was kind of bummed that the regular outlets for charging weren't working, so we had to rely on the USB ports for charging our devices. The internet connection was pretty weak too, so it was hard to stay connected during the trip. It would have been better if there was a bathroom on the bus too.
Journey from Belgrade to Zagreb
The trip from Belgrade to Zagreb was really nice, everything went smoothly without any problems. The bus left on time and got to Zagreb exactly when it was supposed to. The seats were comfy, and I had a good time overall. I definitely suggest this trip to anyone wanting an easy and cheap way to travel.
Weekend trip Edmonton to Calgary
My trip from Edmonton to Calgary was a bit of a mixed bag. The southbound bus was late, which was frustrating because there were no updates provided on the website or tracking tool. It was also disappointing to find out there was no phone number available to call for information. Once on the bus, the trip itself was alright. However, my return ticket was changed to a different location in the city, causing some inconvenience. The ride back was a bit better in terms of timeliness, but once we boarded, we were informed that we couldn't leave the bus during a stop in Red Deer due to company policies. This was particularly frustrating because we arrived early at the stop due to a change in pick up location, leaving us stuck on the bus for longer than necessary.
Quick and easy payment method, clean buses, friendly drivers
I just booked a trip with this company, and I gotta say, the payment process was super quick and easy. I really liked how easy it was to use their website, much better than other options I've tried before. The prices were really good, maybe even cheaper than other bus companies I've used in the past. The buses were clean, and the drivers were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a good experience, and I'd definitely think about booking with them again next time.
Late night coach cancellation
This company messed up big time by canceling my late-night coach from London to Edinburgh just 4 hours before it was supposed to leave, and they didn't even bother explaining why. It was such a pain because I had to rush to figure out another way to get there at the last minute. I ended up having to dish out way more money than I budgeted just to get a train ticket for the next day since everything else was all booked up. It was a total disaster, and I definitely won't be relying on this company again.
Awesome experience
I had such a great experience with FlixBus! It was always punctual, really clean, and so comfortable for a long trip. The wifi was a nice bonus too. I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a good bus service.

Transport experience
I have to say, I was really happy with my recent ride. The drivers were nice and helpful, the car was clean and comfy, and the tech made it easy to book tickets and find station info. Krakow to Lviv trip
I've taken this bus service before, and let me tell you, this last trip from Krakow to Lviv really surprised me. The drivers were so attentive, careful, and made sure both the bus and passengers were well taken care of. However, the fact that they couldn't speak anything other than their native language was a bit of a letdown. It would have been really helpful if they could also speak languages like English or German, especially considering that FlixBus is supposed to be an international company.
Stranded at gas station in Germany
I had a pretty terrible experience with the bus company, to be honest. Picture this, I was at a gas station in Germany and the bus straight up left without me! They said it was just a quick 10-minute stop, but the new driver bounced after only 5 minutes, leaving me and a bunch of other folks in the dust. No heads-up, no nothing. I tried talking to the driver about it, but they were super rude and aggressive. It was a whole mess. I had to figure out a whole new way to get where I needed to go, and to make matters worse, I lost two suitcases with all my stuff inside. It totally messed up my whole vacation and caused me a ton of stress and hassle.
Recent bus trip
My bus ride last week was pretty cheap compared to taking a train or something like that. I liked that the bus was on time, even though we got stuck in traffic on Friday evening. But I was kinda bummed when they switched the bus out of nowhere on the way there and it had less room for my legs and wasn't as comfy. The ride back was a lot nicer and more comfortable though, so that was good. All in all, I'd say I had a pretty good experience with the whole bus situation.
Bus travel experience
My recent bus trip was pretty good overall. It was easy to book my ticket, and I liked how I could handle my luggage with no problems. The bus from Zagreb to Split was crowded, but my seats were saved and I could get in quick with a Q-code. The driver was professional, drove well, and gave info in Croatian and English. I could even charge my phone onboard, which was nice. But the bus seats were small and not comfy. There was no curtain for privacy, and the armrest and nets for holding items were all broken, which was a bummer.
Missed bus, email sent too late
We were really pumped for our holiday and decided to book Flix buses for a little adventure. We thought we'd spot a Green Flix bus, but we totally missed it since it didn't have any branding on it! The email about the switch came way too late, we were already en route to the bus station. We even shelled out some extra cash for upgraded seats that didn't even match the location on the app. The other rides were cool, but this one was a bit of a letdown. We only got a small refund, so needless to say, we were pretty bummed out.
Bus trip from Turin to Lyon
The bus ride from Turin to Lyon was pretty good. It left on time and the bus was nice and comfy, which made the almost 5-hour trip not too bad. I decided to buy the seat next to me for more room, which was worth it. It would have been better though if there was a bathroom on the bus for a long trip like that. Stopping so often, like six times, kinda messed up the flow of the trip.
Long-distance bus travel to Oslo
My recent bus trip to Oslo was a total lifesaver, let me tell you. I was in a tough spot, all alone and dealing with some serious vertigo that was making it hard for me to get back to Oslo from 6000 miles away. But I lucked out and found this amazing non-stop bus service that came just when I needed it. Booking was a breeze, and the drivers were so helpful the whole way. The ride through Sweden and Norway was just what I needed to calm down, and the comfy seats and onboard bathrooms were a nice touch. Huge shoutout to the bus company for going above and beyond for me.
Paris trip via bus with ferry stop
The trip to Paris with the bus and ferry stop was pretty good overall. The bus ride was comfy and the ferry stop was a nice bonus. But there were a few little things that could've been better. They gave us a food voucher during the ferry stop heading to Paris, but didn't do the same on the way back. Plus, not having any charging outlets on the bus, especially with one of them being broken, was a letdown. It was a fun trip, but it could've been even better with a few tweaks.
Overrated
My last trip was super hyped up, but it totally flopped. What's the deal with switching platforms without any warning? And let's not even start on the worthless WiFi on the train! But hey, at least the staff and cleanliness were top-notch.
Trip to LA from Vegas
The bus was really clean and it actually came on time. It was definitely way better than Greyhound.
Bus ride experience
The bus itself was pretty clean and comfortable, but man, the driver was acting all immature and risky. He was straight up using his cellphone while he was driving, which is just not cool at all. It's not just irresponsible, it's also against the law, especially in the country we were in. We saw him scrolling through some website, probably the company's, and he was even driving all wobbly while steering with his knees. It was super stressful and we definitely didn't feel safe on that ride. The other driver was also careless about safety, talking on his phone even though it was hands-free. Bunch of risky business going on there.
