Don't bother with other travel agencies, Bookaway is the way to go. I learned the hard way by buying tickets from a different agency that totally let me down. Novalja to Split Airport trip
I just booked a trip on this site from Novalja to Split Airport, or at least that's what I thought. Turns out the bus only goes to Split, not the airport like they said. So, I canceled my ticket right away since I had bought cancellation protection. But then they hit me with a 10% booking fee that was never mentioned when I was booking. It's really frustrating to see them giving out wrong info and sneaky charges like that.
Only received 2 tickets instead of 3
I was super bummed about my recent purchase. I went ahead and booked/paid for 3 adult tickets, but then when I got my confirmation, there were only 2 tickets in there. It was a huge hassle for me because I had to shell out more money for another ticket at the counter.
Incorrect ferry departure details
The company gave me the wrong info about when the ferry was leaving, so I ended up missing it. I had to pay extra to get on a different ferry and make it to my destination. I told them about the mistake, but they said they had sent me an email with the updated departure time, which I never got. They first said they sent it on the wrong date, then changed their story. I asked for details on how to file a complaint and evidence of this mysterious email, but they ignored me.

Airport pick-up issue
I had a big problem with getting picked up from the airport in Foz do Iguaçu. The day I was supposed to be picked up, the company told me they couldn't go to the airport on the Argentina side, so I got stuck in Brazil. Luckily, I found another way to get where I needed to go. Even though it was a hassle, I don't think it was Bookaway's fault, and they gave me a full refund right away.

The worst experience we've ever had.
The platform booked us tickets for a date we didn't request. Additionally, the price was much higher than the one mentioned at the train station.
Also, they initially sent us pending tickets, and after two days, they sent us the original ones.
We tried several times to contact customer support to change our tickets, but without any result.
I do not recommend this platform to anyone.Quick and easy booking process
