Online booking for luggage storage
I tried to book a luggage storage service online on my phone. I put in my card info and tried to finish the booking a few times, but for some reason, the button wouldn't work. Even though it looked like the transactions were pending, my account wasn't actually charged, and the booking wasn't going through.
Unsatisfactory luggage delivery service
I'm really upset about the way my luggage was delivered. The company's communication was absolutely terrible. They said they had a phone line but you can only reach them by email, and they take forever to reply. And when they do, it's just a canned response that doesn't really help at all.
Paid for luggage storage at train station
