Fun personalization, non-romance options
I had a really awesome experience with this company. Their website was super easy to use and I was able to customize my M&M's with text and clip-art without any hassle. I didn't test out uploading any images, but I liked the variety of customization options they had available. What I really liked was that they had packaging options that weren't all lovey-dovey, which was perfect since I was ordering for my friends and not a girlfriend or boyfriend. The only downside was that I had to buy a minimum of 400 grams, which seemed like a lot, but I get it from their side of things.
Customized M&M's order
I tried to order some personalized M&M's online, but I had some technical difficulties. I first tried to place my order using Firefox, but I had issues and had to switch to Chrome after a few failed attempts. I'm from the UK, so I found it weird that the default designs were all USA-themed. When I switched browsers, I realized there were fewer design options for packaging. It would be great if the website could figure out where the customer is from or adjust the settings to prevent this confusion in the future.
Customized M&M's
I was really bummed out to learn that the company doesn't offer certificates like bacteriological analysis or Certificate of Approval anymore. That's a big deal for businesses that need those certifications for their products. It would be great if they could think about bringing them back as part of their services. Even though that was a letdown, I gotta say, the customized M&M's I got were amazing. The colors popped and the packaging was solid. Plus, my order came right on schedule.

I love M&M for god knows for how long ! and that's why i prefer buying my favorite cholate from here. This is my all-time favorite. They have the best flavors but with that also introduce new flavors too

I was really let down by my experience with this company. I ordered a custom M&M gift that was supposed to come quickly, but it never showed up. When I tried to reach out to customer service to fix the problem, I didn't get any reply at all. I not only didn't get my order but also felt abandoned by the company. Even though the interface for creating the product was easy to use, I got frustrated by finding unexpected costs like high delivery fees that weren't clear on the website. Also, what was advertised on the site didn't match up with the actual purchasing process, which made things even more confusing. It was also disappointing to find out there was no option for picking up the item in-store, making the whole experience more inconvenient.

I just bought some custom M&M's online. The M&M's were fine, but I also got some glass candy jars to store them in, and they were a letdown. The jars are poorly made, and the lids don't even close right, so they're basically useless. I'm not happy at all with the jars' quality - it's just not right to sell products that are unusable like this.

I ordered some M&M's for Mother's Day and I was really looking forward to surprising my mom with personalized candies. But you know what happened? The delivery guy decided to show up right when I was at school and my mom was at work. So now, we'll have to wait until later to actually get the package. It's so frustrating. And to make matters worse, when I called customer service, they basically said there wasn't anything they could do about it. This is not cool at all. Definitely not cool. This will be the first and last time I order from them, that's for sure.

Don't bother trying to order in incognito mode, it's a real pain. I had to reset my password and didn't even get an email for like an hour. But as soon as I switched out of incognito mode, the site worked perfectly fine. The designs were really good though.

Customized chocolate order
I gotta say, the whole thing was a bit of a rollercoaster. I placed my order on a specific date cause I needed it for an event coming up real soon. But the validation process took longer than I thought, and I didn't even hear about the shipment until a day later. Then, a week passed and I realized my package hadn't even been sent out yet! When I called customer service, they said it would be there the next day, but of course, it wasn't. After another call, turns out my order was just sitting there! They said they were gonna rush it and send it express, and miraculously, it got to me just in time for the event. The stress and frustration I felt could have been avoided if they just handled things better. But, on the bright side, the chocolates were good quality. Appreciate the customer service rep who really hustled to get it to me on time.
