Purse with fake leather
The purse I bought was supposed to be super fancy with real leather, but when I got it, it was totally fake! I took it back to the store it was supposed to be from, and they confirmed it was a scam. When I tried to return it, the customer service folks were not helpful at all. They made me feel like I was the one in the wrong for thinking the purse would be real. Plus, they made me pay to ship it back, and didn't even refund the original shipping costs. It was such a pain just to get my money back.

Product order
I bought a hair care product back in September last year. I had to leave town unexpectedly before the package arrived, so I didn't get to try it until I got back. I used it every day for 100 days, but didn't see any difference in my hair. When I reached out to customer service about returning it, they told me the return policy starts from the date of purchase, which I think is unfair because I wasn't aware of that when I bought it.

Dress purchase
I just bought some dresses from this online shop and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. So first off, there wasn't even a return slip in the package, and I couldn't figure out where to send the stuff back to. It was a total nightmare trying to sort out the whole return situation. And on top of that, the dresses took way longer to get to me than they said, so I missed out on wearing one to a special event. Now I'm stuck with dresses that don't fit right and I can't even send them back properly. I seriously wish I never shopped at this store.

I just bought this cute geometric print silk scarf from that store. But then I saw a bunch of bad reviews about how they handle orders. It's pretty disappointing that a fancy brand like this would have problems like that. Now I'm crossing my fingers that they can get my order (GE5207628137NL) sorted out and sent to me on time.

Work trip with airplane
Man, let me tell you about this crazy airplane trip I took last year for work. It was a total disaster! So, get this - on the first day, I was mega late to my work meeting because the stupid airplane was delayed. And then, on the way back, they straight up canceled my flight without even bothering to tell me until the very last minute. So there I was, stuck in the middle of nowhere, having to take a train home in the middle of the night. And when I tried to reach out to customer service to complain, they totally ghosted me. They ignored all my emails until they finally responded with some weak excuse about not accepting feedback through email. Can you believe that? It's been months now and I still haven't seen any form of compensation. It's beyond frustrating how little they seem to care about their customers!

Great Scooter
My 11 year old likes it. He's tall and very active, and we will be around when he's riding it so it's safe for (my) child. I tried all the three modes, the entry level is obviously different but the rest two are not that different. I go to the top speed every time.
