Purse with fake leather
The purse I bought was supposed to be super fancy with real leather, but when I got it, it was totally fake! I took it back to the store it was supposed to be from, and they confirmed it was a scam. When I tried to return it, the customer service folks were not helpful at all. They made me feel like I was the one in the wrong for thinking the purse would be real. Plus, they made me pay to ship it back, and didn't even refund the original shipping costs. It was such a pain just to get my money back.

My M&M's order for daughter's communion
I was so pumped to get these personalized M&M's for my daughter's communion, but man, was I disappointed when they showed up. I specifically asked for bright pink and yellow, but what I got was this weird greenish-yellow and grayish-pink combo. And to make matters worse, you could hardly see the 'm' on them! They were a total mess and didn't even resemble M&M's. I tried to complain and even sent pictures, but they just brushed me off. So not cool - such a lack of professionalism and definitely false advertising.

Great Scooter
My 11 year old likes it. He's tall and very active, and we will be around when he's riding it so it's safe for (my) child. I tried all the three modes, the entry level is obviously different but the rest two are not that different. I go to the top speed every time.
