Lightweight and efficient commuter scooter
I recently got this scooter and it has completely changed my daily commute! It's so light and easy to bring on public transportation. The battery life is amazing, I can go days without having to charge it. Plus, the sleek design always catches people's attention. It's efficient, stylish, and cost-effective - definitely the best buy I've made all year!
Sleek design and great features
In order to solve the problem of short-distance commuting, I did a lot of research online and I watched a lot of videos on YouTube about scooters. Finally chose the Turboant X7MAX scooter. It stays in my house so I don't have to lock it up. Where If I walk my trip is about 20 min now it's only 6 min. All my trips are less than 3 miles. I have no car payments, no car-ins, and No speeding tickets yet! Perfect!
This electric scooter is particularly good. The scooter is delivered in a folded state and is well-packaged without any damage. After opening, only need to twist 1 ... to fix the brake lever and install the left and right handles. There is a wrench tool included in the box, which makes installation very convenient. The overall black color is very simple and high-end, and the style and color are also very suitable for girls. You can also match it with some other decorations, and it looks very nice! The texture of the entire scooter is very good, and the welding joints of the frame are very neat, smooth, weighty, and strong. There are no burrs in the metal parts and plastic parts of the entire car, they are very smooth, and the workmanship is exquisite. The scooter is not heavy either. As a girl with little strength, I can easily lift the scooter up and down stairs after folding it. It doesn't take up much space at home.
At first, I was worried that it would be difficult to balance, but the pedals are big and stable. Safety is a priority with this scooter, thanks to the front electronic brake and rear disc brake. The combination of these braking systems ensures responsive and reliable stopping power. It has a smart display that displays speed, power, riding mode, etc. Simple to operate and easy to learn and use. The 350W motor of the X7MAX electric scooter delivers a commendable performance, effortlessly propelling the scooter to speeds up to 20 mph. There are 3-speed modes and a cruise mode. It is recommended to turn on the cruise mode to relieve the pressure on the thumb joint. Entering and exiting the cruise mode is very sensitive and easy to operate.
There are some hills on my way to work, and the scooter is particularly powerful and can go up the slopes. The shock-absorbing effect is also really good. As expected, it has 10-inch pneumatic tires. It feels very solid when going over speed bumps and some uneven roads.
Its battery can be disassembled for charging, which is very convenient. The impressive 32-mile range ensures that it covers substantial distances on a single charge. It charges completely in around 6hrs or so. Do not recommend using it when raining but other than that is amazing!
Overall: I love the product it is for daily use which is engineered to be. I can see and feel this will last years to come.Scooter replacement parts
As a parent of kids who are really into riding their scooter, I've had to switch out a bunch of parts on our X7 Pro scooter from this company. We're talking tubes, tires, wheels, throttle kit, chargers - you name it. Even though our scooter takes a beating, the folks at this company have been awesome. They're always super quick to respond and help out whenever I need a new part. They shoot back emails fast and even have some handy DIY videos to show me how to swap out the parts. I really appreciate their support and how they go above and beyond to keep our scooter in top shape for my kids.
Budget electric scooter
I recently bought a budget electric scooter and I have to say, it has gone above and beyond what I expected. Even though it's not as fancy or expensive as other scooters out there, it gets the job done really well. This scooter has cut down my travel time by a lot, giving me more time to do other things. Because of this purchase, I can now go to more places than before. It's simple to use and rides really smoothly, making it a perfect option for anyone who wants a reliable and budget-friendly way to get around.
Commuting scooter
I really enjoy hopping on my scooter for the 1.6-mile ride to work each day - it's totally smooth and fun! Although, there was this one time I had an issue with the electrical system. When I got in touch with customer service, they were incredibly helpful. They sent me a new display and brake handle, and included some easy-to-follow instructions on how to get everything fixed up. The whole process was a piece of cake, and now my scooter is back in tip-top shape. Huge thanks to the customer service team!
V8 Dual-Battery Electric Scooter
Have had this V8 scooter for a few months and it has been great! Nothing has come loose. The stem is rock solid. I bought it mainly for transportation after parking the car. I usually use it from the parking lot to the company and home. Really convenient! Sometimes I also ride the scooter when I go to the gym near the company, with it I don’t have to drive to the gym anymore, also no need to worry about illegal parking or paying parking fees. Compared with the electric scooters I bought before, this scooter has a better experience and better quality. I often go camping with it as well. When I was camping, people came over to look at it and asked for a link to purchase it, there is no doubt that, I told them all, and they all said that this scooter is very convenient to put in the trunk and is good for transportation. I helped introduce at least 4 new customers to Turboant.
My first consideration when buying a scooter is storage. The scooter folds easily and is easy to operate. It is no problem to put it in the trunk of the car. When I first received it, I needed to tighten a few screws to fix the front handle. It was very simple. They provided an installation video and operation manual, but I installed it without even watching them. It took only about 2 minutes.
The second is the battery life. The scooter is equipped with 2 batteries, which have a long battery life. One charge is enough for me to use it for a week. The battery is removable and easy to charge. Charging time is not long, each battery for 4 hours while charging separately.
The third is speed-up. The sports mode speed-up is gradual, the speed-up is very stable, the maximum speed can reach 20mph, and the power is strong. One of the designs that makes me very satisfied is that the scooter adopts a non-zero start mode. You can start it by swiping your foot and pressing the accelerator. This can avoid unnecessary accidents.
Fourth, shock absorption, the wheel shock absorption effect is very good. It's not bumpy when passing speed bumps. The ride is very stable and does not rock around, giving it a safe feeling.
Additionally, The headlight is super bright and more than enough to see at night. Plus Turboant’s front bag is even more powerful, it can hold a lot of small things!
All in all, I think it meets my expectations. The scooter looks great and is the center of attention wherever I ride it. It solves my daily commuting problem and allows me to travel smoothly in the city. It has no emissions and reduces air pollution. Absolutely a good choice for environmentally friendly travel and simply a must-have item for going out on the street!
By the way, if there is anything I don’t understand, the customer service will answer it patiently right away. I’m very satisfied with it!
Best on the market for sure! It is worth buying as a gift for friends and family!Very satisfied with my purchase
I've been enjoying the X7 Max scooter almost one year so far. It's got all the power needed to get my 210 lbs up all but the steepest of paths and the ride and features have been great. Much better than expected. And I wanted to share my review after a year of use.
The setup is pretty straightforward for this scooter, it only took me a few minutes to fully assemble it. The scooter is supremely excellent. The construction is very sturdy and very well-finished. I also have bought an extra battery to extend our range. As far as I've learned, X7 Max features a 350 watt front wheel drive hub motor being powered by 360 watt hour 36 volt removable lithium battery. The large 5.3 inch ground clearance makes the scooter truly stand out, it allows me to clear common debris and curves during the commute. I'm also impressed with the 10 inch pneumatic tires, personally, I prefer air tires over solid tires for comfortable riding. I really like the removable battery design. It does come with a lock to prevent battery's theft. For a city commuter, I personally think it is a great way because you can simply bring your scooter into bicycle storage or just somewhere it allows you to park at work, and you remove the battery and bring it up with you to charge, no worrying about somebody will ride it away while you lay down on the glarmous sunset afternoon. On a full charge in sport mode, it can easily hit to Max speed 20 mph on flat surface, but I'm NOT really impressed with the hill climbing capabilities, I was able to climb up to about 15% degree with my weight of about 210 pounds. This will not be an issue if someone weighs much less than me. Whatever I still think this is one of the most comfortable scooters I've ever ridden. Because the battery lives on the stem, they were able to make the deck much thinner which seems to offer a bit of flex and tandem with the tires. Excellent communication and information about the product and safety aspects of use. I'm super satisfied with the ride quality.
The construction is well built with tidy wring and this scooter is quite small and portable once the stem folds down. It easily fits into the back of a car or under a table. In terms of its lightweight, you feel no pressure to pack it around or upstairs. The stem is super rigid and the locking mechanism ensures that your scooter looks like more compact. There are three selectable ride modes, Eco, Comfort, and Sport mode. I just leave it on sport mode to pursue a fast-riding experience. In an urban environment, I'm pretty sure you need a bright front LED light if you are riding on a dark night. Though the scooter's original front LED light is enough for most people's needs, I recommend just getting a helmet light to avoid the bumps on the road.
This scooter is perfect for both leisurely rides and quick errands. It's incredibly versatile. Recommend so far based on time and use. Really good value and their price was the best by far. The customer support is also awesome. Very satisfied with my purchase!Electric scooter purchase
I just got an electric scooter and I'm really happy with how it's been working. It's got more speed and a better battery life than I expected, which makes it perfect for everyday travel. The way it folds up is easy to handle, and it feels steady and safe even on bumpy roads. Plus, the shock absorption system makes the ride super smooth and comfortable. And for the price, you really can't beat all the awesome features it has to offer. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a dependable and budget-friendly electric scooter.
Recent scooter purchase
I just got myself a scooter and man, I'm loving it! Ended up ordering two scooters and they've been keeping me rolling. Had a little hiccup with one of them not working right, but the customer support team swooped in and got it fixed in no time. They were super helpful and really nice, making sure I was all set. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely think about buying from them again down the road.
My scooter purchase
My scooter was acting all weird so I hit them up for some help. The folks at customer service were on it right away, checking in and making sure everything was good. Even when I couldn't chat with someone right then, they kept in touch with calls and emails. They went the extra mile by diagnosing the problem just from pics and videos I sent. Even though my scooter parts weren't covered by warranty, they still came through for me. All in all, it was a great experience from beginning to end!
Damaged scooter received
Even though the scooter I got was damaged, the company was really helpful and sent me a new one without any hassle. The scooter is definitely worth the money - it's fast and the battery lasts a long time. All in all, I had a good experience.
TurboAnt X7 Max is a true standout in the market.
I purposely waited for a while to leave a review for this scooter. I can confidently say that the TurboAnt X7 Max is a true standout in the market. This exceptional scooter has exceeded my expectations in every way, delivering an unrivaled combination of construction quality, power, range, and performance.
Construction quality: From the robust frame to the high-quality components, the X7 Max scooter exudes durability and reliability. It worked seamlessly out of the box, with a folding system, which is easy to fold and very resistant. This scooter has an added battery lock in the stem for an optimized riding experience and security. Also, the footrest is broad and can fit huge feet easily.
Power: The X7 Max scooter has a 450W motor, which provides ample torque. It has three speed modes, Eco, Comfort, and Sport. Eco mode goes to under 6 mph, Comfort mode goes to under 10 mph and Sport mode goes from 11-20 which actually feels pretty dam fast and slick. Whether navigating through city streets or cruising on open paths, the X7 Max scooter handles it all with grace and power.
Range: The X7 Max range is impressive. I've been doing 30 miles for a week. It's huge for my limited needs. With the ability to cover substantial distances on a single charge, I've been able to enjoy extended rides without worrying about constantly recharging. This feature has truly expanded my commuting options and allowed for more adventurous excursions.
Other parts: It has two brakes, a regenerative one on the front wheel and a disc one on the rear, which is a safety plus for braking, I imagine. Usually using the regenerative one that acts on the motor is enough: I use the disc one only for almost """"emergency"""" braking. The brakes are pretty sturdy and stop perfectly when required and give a good deal of control while riding. The riding is pretty smooth. Since the tires seem ..., they can handle small bumps with ease. It also has a small LED screen that shows the battery status and the speed. The shocker here was, it has Cruise control. After holding the throttle for more than 6 seconds, it gets into cruise control mode automatically. The front light illuminates, but if you go out at night, use an additional high-power front light.
Additionally, I would like to note that when I did have to reach out to their customer service, I was blown away by the quality and speed of the responses and support I received.
My scooter stopped after hitting a big bump, I contacted support by email and they responded fast and efficiently, sending videos, and asking questions to identify the problem (which in the end It was the throttle issue), and when they found out, they sent me the entire throttle for free to change it! Fixed in 10 minutes and working perfectly again. My experience with the technical support service is unbeatable, of course. They usually respond to email within the day.
In conclusion, I'd say this electric scooter is an excellent purchase for those looking for a reliable and fun mode of transportation. I wholeheartedly recommend the X7 Max, it has exceeded my expectations, and I am excited to see where it takes me on my future journeys!Good quality and low price
"I haven't spent a lot of time riding this scooter yet, but so far, I have high hopes for it. I've ridden some rental scooters before, so I have something to compare it to, in terms of performance.
You never really know what condition the scooter is going to be in until you ride a rent scooter.
Battery power, brakes, and other adjustments may be less than ideal because these parts get a lot of use. I can understand why people like these, as it's a low-commitment option compared to owning your own scooter (although owning your own scooter is obviously cheaper over time).
Personally, I prefer to have my own, where I can maintain it myself and always know it's ready. Having said that, like any machine (even a bicycle), some self-maintenance is inevitable.
Starting with me being a 180-pound rider:
The last time I rode, I started with a full charge and drove about 5 miles on my college campus with lots of rolling terrain. The scooter performs well with good acceleration and only struggles on steep hills (not sure what the angle of the hill is, but it's hard to walk up those hills for a long time). The brakes are great too and I always feel like I'm in control. When I came back, I still had 3/4 of a bar, although I suspect it was probably closer to 2 bars. Handling is nimble enough to maneuver around other pedestrians with ease yet remains solid at higher speeds. I didn't get a reliable top speed measurement because I couldn't find a stretch of flat road long enough, but even so, I easily hit 16 mph without going full throttle. (Rider weight, gradient and battery charge will be the main factors in determining top speed)
Advantage:
-Good quality and low price
-Sturdy construction, not too heavy
-Simple/ergonomic design
-Removable battery
Disadvantage:
-The battery level display could have more bars to help show the battery level more accurately, and it dips momentarily on steep hills and then goes back up once you reach level ground. This is normal! Every battery-powered device does this when power demand is high. You're fighting gravity, which requires a lot of strength, depending on your weight.
-The throttle is very sensitive, which makes it difficult to engage cruise control except for top speed. To engage cruise control, maintain a steady (very steady) speed for a few seconds, then you will be able to take your hands off the throttle while maintaining that speed. To disengage, hit the throttle or brake and it will shut down immediately. (I didn't know about this feature before I got this scooter, but it's very nice to have)
Suggestion:
-The pedal can be made thicker, which is very important for a rider at 180 pounds or more. Every time I jumped on the scooter, my brain would bring me some trance, worried that the pedal would be broken by my weight. The battery on the stem pulls the center of gravity of the scooter forward, so if the pedal can be designed to feel more safe, it would be better!
Turboant this scooter deserves my highly praise, and I also hope it can do better and go further. Become a brand worthy of long-term trust."Portable, powerful scooter
I recently got a portable and powerful scooter that has totally blown me away. The design is compact and perfect for getting around the city, while the acceleration is smooth and strong, all thanks to the upgraded motor. The battery life is really impressive, allowing me to take longer trips without needing to recharge all the time.
On my first ride, I was really impressed by the scooter's agility and how responsive it was as I cruised through city streets and park paths. The precise handling and improved braking system gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel safe as I dodged around pedestrians and obstacles. Plus, the price of the scooter is super competitive, making it a great option for anyone looking for a high-quality scooter without spending a fortune.
In conclusion, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this scooter to anyone who wants a reliable and fun way to get around.X7 Pro Scooter
The X7 Pro Scooter just didn't cut it for me, especially when I was trying to tackle those steep hills on my way to work. However, Frankie, the customer service rep, really came through for me when I needed to return it. I gotta say, I appreciate how much they care about making sure their customers are happy. Even though the scooter struggled with the hills, I think it could do better in other situations, like on flat ground. Looking ahead, I'm on the hunt for a dual motor scooter that can handle those tough hills on my commute.
I purchased a Turboant V8 scooter for my daily commute
I purchased a Turboant V8 scooter for my daily commute and I've been using it for a few months, I'd like to share my opinions about the V8 scooter for my experience.
Design
The first thing I noticed with the TurboAnt V8 is how big it is. It’s not necessarily taller than other e-scooters, reaching a height of 45.5 inches (1155 mm) when unfolded. But, it has a much thicker stem than you’ll typically find on most e-scooters and a wider deck as well.
There are a few reasons that it’s so heavy. The most obvious is that the TurboAnt V8 has two batteries. One of them is a removable battery in the stem and the other is in that wider deck. Since the V8 comes with two chargers, one of them a charging port for the removable battery, I can charge both at the same time. Charging both will take about four hours to reach full capacity.
Also contributing to the weight is that wide deck, measuring 19.9 in (505 mm) by 6.9 inches (175 mm) which gives me plenty of space to place my feet no matter how I stand on it. I found it easy to shift our footing repeatedly while in motion. It also helps that the deck has a nice rubberized textured top for easy gripping.
The LED display situated between the handlebars shows any pertinent information. A meter on the left side will display how hard you’re pressing the brake lever. A meter on the right will do the same for the throttle. It also displays which of the three riding modes you’re on, the speed, and how much battery is left. Unfortunately, the LED display is dim enough that it’s hard to see outdoors under strong light.
To change any settings, you have to do a particular amount of presses on that power button. Long presses turn the V8 on and off. A single press turns on all the lights. And, a double press will switch between its three riding modes.
Performance
The V8 is a fairly smooth ride, and its dual braking system is responsive, while the TurboAnt V8 might not be small, its 450-watt motor is powerful enough to give a fairly smooth and zippy ride. Just a kick or two to get going and a push of the throttle and it picks up immediately.
There are three riding modes: Eco Mode which tops out at 6 mph, Comfort Mode which tops out at 9 mph, and Sports Mode which tops out at 20 mph. Riding around in Eco Mode is fine when I'm on flatter streets and trying to conserve battery. But, I preferred using the faster settings. Though it’s the biggest energy hog of all the modes, I preferred keeping the V8 in Sports Mode and riding the throttle to stay at the speed I wanted.
I tested the TurboAnt V8 in a hilly neighborhood that includes a 15-degree hill. Not only was it powerful enough, especially when used on that Sports Mode, for a smooth, easy ride but it was able to keep a speed of 5 MPH when going up 15-degree hills. Of course, as soon as a hill inclined more, the V8 had to be walked.
Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. It brings great convenience to my commute.E-scooter purchase in Europe
I asked about e-scooters in the EU and was told they weren't available. But then, out of the blue, I got an email eight months later saying they were now available. Mrs. Jane really went above and beyond with her customer service and totally impressed me.
E-bike battery replacement
My e-bike's battery got messed up right before my warranty was up. I reached out to customer service, and they actually got back to me super quick. We went back and forth through emails for a couple of days, and they figured out the problem. They sent me a new battery right away. The folks on the customer service team were really nice and helpful the whole time. They totally renewed my trust in companies that really look out for their customers.
Worth the money!
"I already owned a smaller version of the Turboant Scooter (X7 max), which I loved and which gave me the confidence to buy this scooter for my daughter without regret.
This scooter is top-of-the-line: the best of all the electric scooters I have ridden, including all the brands of street-rental scooters. It is more smoother, and it is lighter and more handy than the X7 Max model. The quality and look of it is great…very modern. The design is nice I really like how it looks it feels sturdy and pretty solid it will last longer than expected for sure. It was very easy to assemble. Love the digital screen, lets you know your battery power as well as the speed you’re going. It also has brake lights and headlights for nighttime and a horn as well. Once you get the hang of the buttons and functions you’ll be cruising around in no time.
The pedal is also wide, the motor is also powerful, and it is able to go up some small hills. It takes a couple of hours to charge but once it’s fully charged, believe it or not, the scooter will go for a good amount of miles before it runs out of a full battery.
The M10 lite is lighter than the X7 max, but it works just fine for my daughter, especially since she sometimes needs to carry it by hand. The pedals aren't any narrower than the X7 max though, so it's comfortable to stand on, and you don't feel like you're standing in a very small space, but rather quite stable. Plus it has almost the same """"footprint"""" as any other scooter, so it can be taken on public transport if needed.
In fact, my daughter is not a little person. On the contrary, her weight is close to that of some men. I hope everyone won't make fun of her here. She weighs 200lbs and is very tall, which attracts attention, so she resists walking slowly down the street by herself. With this situation, it's a little hard to find a reasonably priced scooter that will fit her well and won't break! She can and often does hit 16 mph. (The recommended tire pressure is 38-40 psi (262 -276 kPa) in hot weather and 40-45 psi (276 -310 kPa) in cold weather. The tires need to be inflated to the appropriate pressure range so that The pipe will not burst easily during transportation and riding - this is recommended by customer service).
Like the X7 Max, the M10 lite folds and fits into the trunk of my car pretty easily when my family goes out for a picnic. Folding and lifting it is of course also easy for me without any doubt.
When climbing a hill, Bumps are always inevitable. But she still avoids all bumps if possible.
It can also handle rougher roads fairly well and feels steady under your feet. The ride isn't too rough, just watch your speed if you're not an experienced rider.
In short, her riding it daily has been a breeze, the Turboant M10 lite scooter is the best electric scooter I can find at this price point. Worth the money! The customer service team responded quickly and excellently to any questions I had, and I would rate them 5 stars. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a price-reasonable, comfortable ride, and Entry-level electric scooter with great support!"Value for money
"Electric scooters are small, light, and often effortless to carry around, offering riders a fun way to cover short distances quickly. However, e-scooters with poor manufacturing practices can be a safety hazard. Luckily, there are plenty of solid-built ones, and best of all, many of these e-scooters offer good value for money. I want to share with you guys the M10 Lite scooter I bought which is very great.
TurboAnt has a variety of electric scooter models ranging from entry-level to advanced. The M10 Lite is an entry-level electric scooter that is popular for their portability and practicality. The M10 Lite is ideal for first-timers like me and riders who are into leisure rides.
Speed ... Range
The M10 Lite offers a moderate top speed of 16 mph and a decent maximum range of 15.5 miles. This user-friendly top speed allows me to travel at a more comfortable pace and satisfies most riding needs. What’s more, I can fulfill all my essential tasks on a single charge... from a morning commute to an afternoon cafe visit, to a night rendezvous.
Riding Features
Although the M10 Lite is defined as an “entry-level” e-scooter, it is just as well equipped as other medium- and advanced-level e-scooters. While the M10 Lite also has a 350 W motor. The compact M10 Lite can also carry loads of up to 220 lbs and is able to climb hills of up to 15%. Moreover, it is water/dust-resistant and has an IP54 rating. Being 6.6 Ah. However, this leads to shorter charging times of only 4-5 hours. It has one final feature that makes it particularly beloved by many: it has a USB port for phone charging! At a reasonable price point of just under $300.
Pneumatic Tires
The M10 Lite features 8.5-inch pneumatic tires that provide a comfortable ride by absorbing shock and vibrations on smoother roads. The tires are durable and can handle a variety of city terrains, including smooth pavement and lightly rough gravel (not the best for unkept roads). This feature is important for commuters who need to navigate various types of roads and terrain.
Highlights
The M10 Lite inherits the overall compact and sleek design of the M10 scooter, but I find many details that make the overall riding experience even better. The M10 Lite has a USB phone charging port, which means that its long-lasting battery not only keeps the scooter running but also keeps my cell phone alive when I need it most. The deck has been made wider with an anti-skid coating so that I can stand on it both comfortably and safely.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the M10 Lite makes a great alternative to crowded public transportation. It boasts many benefits, from saving my time to improving my strength. The M10 Lite also saves me money, thanks to its great price point. Why not start planning your e-scooter commute for work now, or imagine gliding on the streets on a sunny Sunday afternoon?"
