X7 Pro Folding Electric Scooter

Super great product, really affordable price..definitely recommend it..I’m 220 so uphill can be a little slower, but level ground and downhills and that thing gets wide open..20 mph is the top speed, little more down hill..I even take my 45 lb. son riding on it with me and he loves it..I’ll probably upgrade to a faster one and pass this one on to my wife..I paid $480. For that price, you can’t beat it..thanks guys

my 3rd Turboant scooter

This is my 3rd Turboant scooter, and I was suspicious that the Max wasn't as good. It is. The battery definitely lasts longer, and the inches a bit higher and slightly longer are great. Well done

I LOVE my new scooter

I LOVE my new scooter. I take it everywhere with me often. This product is a great product and i would recommend 100%. BTW: I am a 5'9 female that weighs 150 lbs.

This is ..so far...one of the most fun things I ever owned....it is fast on the sport mode..I love it...it was easy to assemble....shipping was fast...I really love it...easy to use....just all around great fun

Happy with the purchase

Purchased the scooter online after reading great reviews for my almost 15 year old son and he loves it. It is easy to put together and easy to use. He uses it around the house just for fun with his friends not on any major roads. Battery stays charged for a long time. Happy with the purchase.

Love this scooter

Love this scooter, especially the cruise control feature. I can get to 20mhp with no problem, and even though I've been riding it all over town, the battery has not gone below 80%. The tires are very sturdy and make for a smooth ride. It has a very bright LED front light and a flashing red light on the rear, making it very visible at night. Looking forward to the updates on the speed of future models. The only add-on I wish it had was a locking feature app.

Love the scooter and ability to detach the battery. It would be nice if it can go longer distance with sports mode on as I use it to travel to work. Great quality!

EBike

This company sold me 2 electric bikes, and one of them has had issues right out of the box. I spoke on the phone to some less than helpful foreigners who claimed to be from the US, though I don't believe we have people in this country so hard to understand. I probably spoke to at least 3 different individuals and they all sounded foreign and hard to understand. They promised I would get a call from a supervisor at least 5 times over 3 months, but it never happened. They expected me to make a box or something to ship it back in as my wife and her friends put it together while I was out of town and immediately threw the box away. If they would have sent the replacement bike then I could have returned the defect in the replacement box. They said they would send parts, but never did, and said they would send me an extra this and that for all my troubles. It has been 10 months and I am still waiting. If ever they fix this issue I will change my review to favorable but its obvious they don't care. For now I would caution all not to buy from this place.

Turboant X7 Scooter

We bought two x7 scooters during a holiday deal. My scooter came poorly packaged and missing the handles. It was all scratched and dinged up that it did not look brand new. It took two weeks talking to customer support after all their questions and picture requests like I was some sort of liar for them to blame it on the courier. Why would the delivery company steal bar handles? They refused to send me a new scooter, told me to take it up with the delivery person and sent me the handles only. I was furious!

Then, two months later the other scooter stopped working. Once again, we had to take pictures and videos of the scooter not working like we we're too ... to know how to turn it on. Then they told us to watch a youtube video so we could repair it ourselves!! My blood is boiling just thinking about it. When they finally sent us a shipping label, they gave us a box size requirement of 47x21x8. This is a very hard to find size, so I asked them for help or a resource where to buy it and I even gave them examples of boxes from FedEx. They would not confirm a ... thing, they just kept repeating the same information and told me if it was too big I would get charged and told me to use scissors to play arts and crafts with the box so it would measure what they asked for. To add insult to injury, the other scooter is already losing a considerable amount of range.

Turbo ant is a pos company, their scooters are garbage, and their "warranty" is worthless when their customer service is .... STAY AWAY FROM TURBOANT.

I bought this for my son (5'10", 120lbs) to ride to and from school, which is 6 miles each way, 12 miles total trip. He returns home with 66% of the battery still left. It was very easy putting together. It rides smooth. It is the best electric scooter he's own. I am VERY satisfied with this purchase!!

The X7 Pro exceeds our expectations in all areas; plenty of power, smooth effective braking with simple 1 hand operation, comfortable platform and jolt free ride; we did not test range to the limit but have no reason to doubt the specs… TurboAnt support team went the distance to get extra scooter delivered in the nick of time after Fedex dropped the ball by losing half of the original order… Company and product highly recommended.
