I've been using this M10lite scooter for a few months with no issues yet and I couldn't resist sharing what I love about it! !
This is the first time I bought a scooter and used it. I was worried about safety and installation at the beginning. I consulted customer service about the installation before purchasing. They sent a video to show how to assemble the scooter in advance, which looks very simple. And after receiving the scooter, the first thing I saw when opening the box is the instruction manual, which contains very detailed usage methods and precautions, such as switching on and off, shifting gears, and switching speeds. All operations are more simple than I imagined. Here is one thing that surprised me is that the rear fender need to be installed by myself. I asked customer service why and was told that it was for safe packing and to reduce the risk of damage during transportation, it is indeed necessary to think so and I got intact scooter, fortunately, there are instructions in a video and in the manual to show in detail how to install the rear fender, very simple, and I even did not watch the video to learn how to install it! Just ... several screws with the Allen wrench the seller offered in the package, then everything was done.
I was also surprised that I got started quickly, just like an old driver, lol. I never expected that riding could be so stable and fun! Love it!
In addition, I have to mention that the charging is also very fast, it only takes 4-5 hours to fully charge. The battery life is enough for me. I usually ride to class or hang out on a scooter on campus very comfortably, which saves me a lot of time and brings me a lot of fun.
I also like the valve adapter given by Turboant very much. It is very convenient to use when inflating the tires! I was told the recommended tire pressure is different in low or high temperatures.
Hot: 38-40psi (262-276Kpa and Cool: 40-45psi (276-310Kpal). Very helpful and attentive customer service
The design of the scooter is very simple, elegant, and a little special with an USB phone charging port, I can even charge my phone on the scooter, really cool design! I didn't expect to buy such a product that suits me at such a cheap price! worth! Amway, I strongly recommend it!X7 Max e-scooter purchase
The X7 Max e-scooter totally blew me away. It got to me real quick, only took 3 days. Putting it together was a piece of cake thanks to the helpful TurboAnt DIY videos. Being able to easily get replacement parts and batteries online was a huge plus for me. I really suggest getting one of these scooters. I even went the extra mile and put some slime in my tires for better upkeep. Gotta keep it nice and clean after each ride too.

The new scooter looks good, built pretty solid, it seems like quality products. The overall APPEARANCE of the V8 is sharp, and I love having the extra battery under the deck, that's why I choose it, for more mileage.
The first week's experience was great! I ride it to and from home and work every day, enjoying the morning sun, the breeze on my face, and the smell of freedom in the wind.
But my rear tire blew out with no reason, so I contacted turboant support immediately, they are nice and patience, guide me how to check the tire (The process of asking for help certainly took time, and I worked well with them). And I finally find the cause, and it's really important for all of you who is goanna to use the scooter!
DO NOT ride the scooter until you have inflated the tires to the right tire pressure (Apparently I forgot to inflate the tires). They told me inflate the tire to 30-32psi in hot weather and 34-36psi in cold weather.
I really appreciate their help, it's out of the warranty but they still sent me a new tire free. Besides, they have super detailed replacement videos! I would recommend it to my friends.

So far I've had a great experience with my X7 Max. Setup was easy, the controls are great, and it has a great battery life with a long range. This scooter works very well. It tops out at about 20 mph, but won't really hold that speed if you're pushing a wind. The lower setting of 10 mph is easy enough to maintain and maximize the battery life.
Compare with the X7 Pro, X7 Max has an added battery lock and its deck has also been widened and elevated for a safer and more comfortable standing position as well as smoother riding when going over bumps. The only con (and this really isn't a big deal) is the stickers that come on the screen are a little hard to remove directly. I added the alcohol to the glue marks, left for 30 minutes, and successfully wipe the residual glue with a rag. Again, no big deal. All in all, a great product!
Also, the customer support provided by Turboant has been exceptional. They have been responsive and attentive to my inquiries, ensuring a seamless buying experience and offering peace of mind regarding any potential issues or concerns.
I will surely recommend TurboAnt to my friends and hopefully get the V8 version soon.M10 purchase
The M10 scooter I bought turned out to be even better than I hoped for - super high quality and performance. The shipping was crazy fast and the customer service was amazing. I had a question, shot them an email, and got a super helpful response back within a day. Honestly, the scooter is totally worth every cent. My husband, who wasn't sure at first, is now thinking about snagging one for himself too.

I love my scooter! It doesn’t get easier to operate than this. Turn it on, hop on and go! Basically ready to go right out the box. My job is close by so I barely have to charge it because I get such great battery life. It’s truly one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time! Not to mention it arrived super fast. Got a refurbished model. For the price it’s worth it. Just a few scratches to the scooter but very minor and still runs as if it were brand new. I was looking around for a scooter but went with this model for the range and the removable battery. The removable battery is great because you can always buy purchase a spare battery and double your range. Plus if your battery does go bad for what ever reason, it’s an easy swap. Would highly recommend to a friend.
TurboAnt - V8 Dual-Battery Electric Scooter
Stay far away from TurboAnt. I have been disputing a purchase that never arrived since June. They refuse to remedy the situation, and I'm still stuck with a $600 bill. Buyer beware.
Now I will be disputing it with my bank, Klarna (again), and every review platform I can find. Absolutely ridiculous that I let myself trust this company.I am trying to delete my response, but it is not letting me. This issues has been resolved.

upgraded scooter
I perviously had a scooter from a different company and now that I purchased a turboant I realized my old scooter did not have the same power as turboant. It was a great upgrade and was very easy to assemble and ride. I love it

It was a gift for my son for his birthday. He was so excited when he awoke and saw it sitting there with bows. I can't get him off of it! Lol. He has so much fun, and he takes great care of it. Read the instructions, and is following them for the battery care. That is how much he enjoys it! What boy/man reads instructions?!?! Hahahaha Just kidding!

I really like my Turboant scooter. If I were to change it , I would make 2 handed brakes . The back brake doesn't seem to work real well. It gets me where I'm going and it is lots of fun!

Great product and fast shipping. The scooters are really fun and well built. They do slow down if an adult is riding and you come upon a hill, but when my 14 yo son is on them he shoots right up the hill. Very satisfied with my choice.
Super easy to set up!
The scooter is such a great time to be on. I come home excited to use it. Nonetheless, it’s eco friendly and super easy to set up. I love the headlights, tale lights, the speed, the durability. So many pro’s on my list! I would definitely gift it to someone.
Fast shipping
Have ridden this for about a week. I am 207 lbs. 20 mph is achieved each time I try so no issues with power or advertised speed. I like it so much I ordered a second battery and it came in 4 days, but there was a weekend in there so FAST SHIPPING! I ride a tadpole trike that is now an etrike and have lots of power/speed, but riding this scooter is a different thrill and I recommend it highly. I am 6'4" and thanks TurboAnt for the X7Max with the added handlebar height!
