M10 Lite entry-level e-scooter
"Electric scooters are small, light, and often effortless to carry around, offering riders a fun way to cover short distances quickly. However, e-scooters with poor manufacturing practices can be a safety hazard. Luckily, there are plenty of solid-built ones, and best of all, many of these e-scooters offer good value for money. I want to share with you guys the M10 Lite scooter I bought which is very great.
TurboAnt has a variety of electric scooter models ranging from entry-level to advanced. The M10 Lite is an entry-level electric scooter that is popular for their portability and practicality. The M10 Lite is ideal for first-timers like me and riders who are into leisure rides.
Speed ... Range
The M10 Lite offers a moderate top speed of 16 mph and a decent maximum range of 15.5 miles. This user-friendly top speed allows me to travel at a more comfortable pace and satisfies most riding needs. What’s more, I can fulfill all my essential tasks on a single charge... from a morning commute to an afternoon cafe visit, to a night rendezvous.
Riding Features
Although the M10 Lite is defined as an “entry-level” e-scooter, it is just as well equipped as other medium- and advanced-level e-scooters. While the M10 Lite also has a 350 W motor. The compact M10 Lite can also carry loads of up to 220 lbs and is able to climb hills of up to 15%. Moreover, it is water/dust-resistant and has an IP54 rating. Being 6.6 Ah. However, this leads to shorter charging times of only 4-5 hours. It has one final feature that makes it particularly beloved by many: it has a USB port for phone charging! At a reasonable price point of just under $300.
Pneumatic Tires
The M10 Lite features 8.5-inch pneumatic tires that provide a comfortable ride by absorbing shock and vibrations on smoother roads. The tires are durable and can handle a variety of city terrains, including smooth pavement and lightly rough gravel (not the best for unkept roads). This feature is important for commuters who need to navigate various types of roads and terrain.
Highlights
The M10 Lite inherits the overall compact and sleek design of the M10 scooter, but I find many details that make the overall riding experience even better. The M10 Lite has a USB phone charging port, which means that its long-lasting battery not only keeps the scooter running but also keeps my cell phone alive when I need it most. The deck has been made wider with an anti-skid coating so that I can stand on it both comfortably and safely.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the M10 Lite makes a great alternative to crowded public transportation. It boasts many benefits, from saving my time to improving my strength. The M10 Lite also saves me money, thanks to its great price point. Why not start planning your e-scooter commute for work now, or imagine gliding on the streets on a sunny Sunday afternoon?"This TurborAnt V8 scooter is awesome!
"This TurborAnt V8 scooter is awesome! I weigh 210lbs. Takes a little getting used to at first. It’s pretty quick and this thing scoots at 20mph. The cruise control is nice and the brakes work really well. It charges pretty fast 5-6 hours. It’s a blast to ride around town.
Personally, I love this scooter. It is built much better than other entry-level scooters especially because of the rear suspension most scooters at this price range don't particularly have. The rear shock is nice and it is attached to the rear wheel, the dual springs effectively absorb shocks from road imperfections. But on seriously rough surfaces, you feel more things (not the pneumatic tires).
The first thing you notice out of the box is how well they have shipped it and just overall how easy they make assembling it. After I got the TurborAnt V8 scooter parcel. I received an email reminder about installing the V8. So I was ready to ride about several minutes later!
The next thing I notice and that I really love about this scooter is the weight distribution, picking up and moving this scooter is quick and easy with a really simple and lock-tight folding mechanism.
Besides, there are 2 batteries, one is on the scooter stem and another battery sits on the base, which is what allows me to choose this scooter and it's great, one thing most electric scooter companies do is only have the battery sit on the scooter stem, it makes it very common for me. But I want something special on my scooter.
Another thing that is great is the big honeycomb tires that come with this scooter, they allow for an easy ride where I don't have to worry about a flat tire and are big enough to make the worry of hitting potholes easier to subside. The reason why I bought the V8 scooter with a Honeycomb tire instead of one with a Pneumatic tire is that I was really worried about the frequent flat tire issues and worrying about a flat is priceless. Especially on my work way. If that happens, I must be late for work.
The frame is also the thing I would like to mention, the handlebars are wider than my other scooter and feel better to ride with as it allows for more instability. Then the back fender being tight and reinforced by my metal is also something I love a lot, the other scooter I had would wobble and make noise, and honestly, I thought after a while it would have cracked and or even snapped off in a way.
There are a lot of pros without many cons, I honestly can't find a part of this scooter that I especially don't like. But one thing I really, really want to give TurborAnt is to add a seat to this cool scooter. It probably felt even better with a seat attached. After all, this is a scooter suitable for long-distance riding. In this way, if you get tired of standing during the ride, you can continue riding and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the scooter.
Everything aside, for a scooter in this price range, I don't think you could find a better-built electric scooter. I would give it my all and say that it is a 10/10, 5-star review for the scooter, I have had absolutely no issues with the scooter, and every time I ride it I only feel inclined to ride it more and more.
All in all it’s a great energy-efficient scooter and I highly recommend?"Scooter Troubles
My scooter was a hot mess - flat tires, problems with the throttle, and to top it off, the handlebars broke after a wipeout. But every time I reached out to customer support, they were on it! Quick responses, helpful advice, and they even sent me some videos to guide me through fixing it up myself. The support team really went the extra mile to help me out and get my scooter back in action. Huge shoutout to them for all their support!
My new partner-V8
My new partner, the V8 dual-battery electric scooter, really exceeded my expectations! It is comfortable and stable. Great design. Solid construction. Nothing seems flimsy. It seems overengineered, commercial quality, in almost every way.
I had a small problem the first time I rode this scooter - I didn't install the scooter head properly causing the battery bar to blink all the time. However, I didn't realize that it was an operational problem, so I went to TurboAnt's customer service. They were very professional and friendly, and they were quick to provide me with a solution to the problem. Great service!
Because I was worried that the scooter would often have flat tires, I directly bought a V8 scooter with honeycomb tires. It was a really great decision! I've been riding this scooter for over 3 months now and have never had a problem with a flat tire.
Riding this scooter in the city is fast and safe, and it also reduces traffic congestion. I weigh 160 pounds and this seemingly has a direct impact on the scooter's battery life and which Mode (Eco, Comfort, Sport) you decide to use while engaging. The battery started at five bars when I started and finished at 2 bars when I quit. I used it in Eco and Comfort for about 75% of the entire trip. And the last 25% I put it in Sport mode and absolutely drove it like I stole it, and boy did it perform! It is fast, but at the same time, it maintains stability!
What surprised me the most was its battery life, which can fully cope with the needs of daily commuting. The battery life of V8 is undoubtedly substantial, and much more than the other scooter I used. The scooter has a dual-battery, so it can last for a long time after a full charge.
Each ride gives me a unique pleasure, especially when I'm navigating the crowded city streets. The design of the scooter is also user-friendly, making it easy to carry and store.
The only small con is that the charging time is a little longer before the first use.
Another thing, you must have ""thick skin"" and confidence when riding this. Cars will drive aggressively to pass you sometimes, and you gotta keep your nerve. You might even get a few impatient honks, but this is due to the ignorance of impatient car drivers and not your fault for using the roadways that legally belong to you as a scooter-rider. Also, always ride in the street if you can. It's safer and more predictable than the sidewalk. Last, but not least, wear your helmet at all times. 45% of scooter injuries involve head trauma from people who were not wearing helmets.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this scooter. It’s got everything I wanted and should last a long time with proper maintenance. I’ve seen stories from people who’ve gone thousands of miles on theirs, and look forward to seeing if mine does the same. If you’re looking for something well-built and reliable, it’s a great option. Recommend!I'm impressed with its price, quality and construction.
"I've had my turboant x7max electric scooter for over a year now and I'm still impressed with its price, quality and construction. Also bought my wife a smaller one so we could ride together, but I found hers too flimsy and, honestly, a little unsafe compared to turboant.
The scooter came to my house with very impressive out look and packaging! I love its 10-inch wheels and clean, wide pedal (makes it possible to take my dog out on the street), which is very comfortable to ride, and I guess that's what sets it different from other brands in that there's no heavy battery on the pedals (design the battery on the stem, at a higher height), and you don't have to worry about the pedal hitting a bump and affecting the battery.
The brakes are also very smooth compared to cheap scooters. I mostly ride it on the street, but it's super fun to ride on grass too. A little pit? SHH! No problem!
When I first opened it, it looked big and kind of scary.
It's ... than I thought, and I wonder if it's more serious than I was prepared for. But after riding it, I found it felt effortless. Now I fell in love with the charm of this thing. It is the best in the price range, MVP of the year, my favorite.
Control of the shift is easy to achieve, and pressing the brake lever while driving can interrupt battery function and stop quickly, which I think is important for safety. The headlights and taillights are bright and useful for riding at night. I would recommend that everyone wear a helmet to drive it because safety is the most important thing.
Speed, range and battery life are all good. I personally didn't buy it for commuting, just for everyday use. 3rd gear gets you to top speed, but for me 1st and 2nd gears are enough to have fun, just riding around.
My only concern was how to keep it safe/un-stolen in public, so I bought some decorations and also a lock (I was also advised to buy a miniature GPS, which seemed like a good idea).
The new machine was slightly harder to fold and unfold when it arrived. But even without folding, it can fit in my back seat. Folding it can take some getting used to, and I rarely try, requiring pressing the rear fender to lock the two clasps to each other after lowering the upright bar.
I found that its weight and size had an effect on its stability. It's not a problem for me.
In fact, my throttle broke in recent use, bought a new one, and turboant sent me black one (looks like an upgraded one), this seems to be firmer, feel slightly better than the red one, but I still prefer the red, it looks more energetic and not dull.
The battery can still be charged and used, but apparently the range is not as good as the new machine, which I believe is normal wear, and is not consistent with the neg reviews I've read on website. In any case, practice makes sense. On such a cheap scooter, is there anything that needs special care and thinking? Absolutely no.
I like this type of machine so much that I recommend it to anyone who needs one. We were surprised it didn't cost more than $500 and it's worth it."It has been very reliable and comfortable.
I bought the X7 Max last Christmas and up to this point, I couldn’t be happier to share my review. Given the exquisite and compact design, the scooter performance itself is decent. I personally think it's a great choice if your daily commute is more than 10 miles. The assembly process takes a little over 10 minutes but overall not as complicated as it seems. This scooter is absolutely top-of-the-line: the price is fascinating, of course, the best of all the electric scooters I have used so far. I have had this scooter for nearly a year and drove over 1200 miles on it. I ride it every day to school and work, only a small issue with the taillight, but they are very responsive to have fixed it. It has been very reliable and comfortable.
I’m 6.3 ft tall and about 210 pounds, so the powerful motor is very noticeable for me to choose it. The X7 Max motor is sufficient for my kind of huge size. I'd admit that It does go little slow on an incline as I would expect, but on relatively flat surface it hits 18-20 mph almost instantaneously! There some pretty good hills on my route to school, the first one probably 18 degree it slows too about 13 mph on a full charge before picking up again. And on the second and drastically steeper second hill, it bogs down too a meager 7 mph. But it never quits and like I said this hill is very steep.
I did like the lights at night noticed that the back brake light will flash while braking. Safety features such as the dual braking system and bright LED headlights greatly enhanced my riding experience, especially at night or in congested urban areas. I feel more confident and safe when driving the scooter because I know that safety is a top priority in its design. As a night rider, I drove frequently at night to go to the soccer field from my home. I probably rode it hard without the bright front light. It makes the riding smooth I road it in streets and loose gravel. I was also impressed with the range per charge, allowing me to travel around the city without constantly worrying about charging. Energy-saving features are also commendable, as they help extend driving time and reduce charging frequency.
My experience with this scooter is very fantastic and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve urban mobility in an environmentally friendly and enjoyable way. The disk brake did extremely well and the frame of the scooter looks and feels sturdy and standing on top of it feels secure. Besides some minor inconveniences that the scooter runs smoothly but not at a steady speed at partial throttle. I agree that it will be better to hold the throttle steady at partial throttle on the street. The cruise control is not quick to engage at a partial throttle setting even if the throttle is held perfectly steady. That's fine, I didn't use the cruise control very often. Where the battery needs to be detached when you park the scooter at public locations. The good thing is the battery is equipped with a lock to protect from stolen. I am still very pleased with this purchase!
All in all, this scooter is great and will get you where you need to be.Electric scooter
Hey everyone, I just had to share how awesome this electric scooter I bought is! I ordered it and can you believe I got it in under 24 hours? It's seriously top-notch in quality and handles hills like a pro. It's crazy fast and I can hit top speed without any problem. If you're looking for a fun ride, I definitely recommend this scooter!
E-scooter purchase
I just bought an e-scooter online and accidentally picked the wrong part. Luckily, the customer service rep I talked to was super helpful. She figured out the mistake, let me cancel the first order, and helped me order the right part. She made sure everything was good to go and didn't charge me a fee for canceling. I was really impressed with how awesome she was at helping me out.
Sturdy and durable V8 scooter
"I am a college student living off-campus with a 20-minute walk distance to campus, i was sweating profusely and exhausted when I walked to the classroom every day. I felt that these 20 minutes had consumed all my energy, especially if I woke up late one day, I had to run! Our campus is really big, and it’s a bit hard for me to shuttle between different teaching buildings every day, therefore, I decided to buy a V8 scooter on the recommendation of my friend. She also had a V8 scooter and she had very good reviews about it, so after trying to ride her scooter, I bought this V8 scooter without much hesitation or comparison with other brands or models. Yeah. I'm really a lazy person, lazy to walk or choose one among the dazzling array of scooters. But fortunately, this scooter really did not disappoint me. I've been using it for a few months and haven't had any problems so far. I have never been late since I got the scooter, and I feel extremely relaxed and happy on the way to campus now. I even am more willing to hang out on campus with my friends on scooters. This is simply a must-have item for lazy people. If you are like me and are too lazy to spend a lot of time choosing a scooter or have difficulty choosing. I can confidently suggest that you might just go for this V8 scooter. Let me summarize my experience of the main features of this scooter.
Design, I really like its simple black design! The texture of the product-quality vehicle is very good. The welding joints of the frame are very neat and smooth, very weighty and strong. There are no burrs in all the metal parts and plastic parts of the car, they are very smooth. The kickstand is so cute too.
Installation, It is easy to install. There are only 8 screws in the whole box and a wrench tool is included. You only need to tighten these screws and install the scooter head. It only takes a few minutes. After placing the order, Turboant's customer service immediately contacted me and provided installation instructions.
Shock absorption effect, The shock absorption effect is really good. The pneumatic tires are installed on the scooter, it is very smooth and sturdy to ride, and there is no problem at all over ordinary speed bumps. The tires grip well.
Battery life, can be used for a week on a single charge
Speed, the fastest speed it can reach is about 20 mph, it is fast enough for me, and cruise control is supported. You can choose what speed you want.
If I have to talk about the shortcomings of the scooter, I think it is that I can’t ride it when it rains. After all, water is the enemy of any electronic product. The price of this scooter is not expensive, but I definitely don’t want it into any damage risks.
Overall this scooter is absolutely perfect for a short commute somewhere close. The quality is great and I believe it will last my final 3 years of college.
I highly recommend this scooter for anyone looking for a way around their local college campus with ease. If something goes wrong with the scooter within a year of owning, just contact customer support and they’ll help you out with no trouble at all! "My first time with a scooter.
"I got my M10 Lite scooter one month ago. I usually never bother with reviews since most are just a matter of opinion anyway. This has compelled me to talk about this purchase in particular.
My first time with a scooter. It is not heavy, which is girls friendly. Easy to install - the instructions are clear. Easy to use - I can totally handle it on the second ride.
The speed is good, suitable for the side roads. It is equipped with a powerful electric motor that can easily reach the maximum speed. And it also brakes very well. The disc brake at the back, in conjunction with the brake at the front.
In addition to moving quickly on the road, this electric scooter can also bring me a lot of fun and convenience. Its folding design allows me to easily place it in the corner of my garage or office without worrying about taking up too much space. The folding mechanism makes it possible to fold the scooter quickly and easily and take it with you if necessary.
This electric scooter is also equipped with a high-definition LCD screen, which can visually display the current speed, electricity, and so on. I just need to get all the necessary information at a glance.
The battery life is enough for my ride to the supermarket nearby (7km for round way). Haven’t tried longer trips, but I think it should be capable of. For my purposes, my M10 Lite scooter is the optimal companion for daily commuting between Home and the train station, so I save myself the waiting time/travel time and can leave my car at home for a short distance.
However, not everything is perfect. After a month of riding, I encountered a small issue. The scooter's headlight is broken accidentally. I found it a bit inconvenient as I often used the scooter in the evenings. But I didn't let this dampen my enthusiasm... instead, I decided to seek help. I contacted the customer support team of the scooter manufacturer and explained my problem. The representative was incredibly friendly and supportive. They asked me a few questions to diagnose the issue, then they shared with me a video on how to replace the headlight. The video is clear and easy to operate. I sincerely appreciated their prompt and informative assistance. I followed the steps as recommended to replace the headlight, and to my delight, the headlight started working again!
I felt a sense of relief and was grateful for the excellent customer service I received. The fact that the company not only had reliable products but also attentive after-sales support made me appreciate my M10 Lite even more!
My experience with the M10 Lite electric scooter has been fantastic overall, it is likely the best budget electric scooter you can get on the market. While not as fancy as the other scooters, it perfectly does what you would expect it to do: shorten commuting times so I have more ample time for everything else. My usual activity range also widened because of this purchase. Although I encountered a small hiccup, the outstanding customer service turned it into a positive experience. I am grateful for the support I received and can confidently say that this electric scooter has truly enhanced my mobility and brought a lot of fun to my life. The M10 Lite is worth the price. I definitely recommend it!"""Battery and tire troubleshooting
The customer service rep, Jane, was so awesome! She really knew her stuff and helped me out with a couple of problems I was having - one with my battery and another with my tire. Jane quickly figured out what was wrong each time and gave me simple fixes to solve the issues. Her skills and professionalism definitely gave me top-notch service.
I used M10 LITE scooter to commute, so far so good.
Everyone is getting used to faster service or less waits. I find it too slow to walk to and from places. I spent quite a bit of time researching scooters and this is the cheapest one I've found yet that meets my needs. When I was saving up for a car, I used it to commute, so far so good. Top speed is 16mph and the ride takes about 40 minutes and since 99% of the terrain is almost flat (concrete, asphalt, etc.) I don't mind the speed, nor the ride that long.
Build quality is pretty good. It's mostly assembled. All you need to do is assemble the front end and the wire according to the manual. It will be more intuitive and easier to understand if you go to the TURBOANT website to get the assembly video and instructions. To be honest, I didn't notice that there was a wire that I needed to connect when I first assemble it. I didn't look at the manual until I cannot turn on the scooter. Maybe you guys need to pay attention to this too:) There were no difficulties with the assembly and everything else seemed to work great.
I charged it before my first ride. It basically charges right out of the box and only takes about an hour to charge. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light on the charger lights green. I did a lot of riding on residential streets and bike paths, and after testing it with no issues I started using it for commuting.
Wheels: I was a little nervous because these are pneumatic tires and many reviews said they were a pain to replace. However, I have no complaints so far. I have had them for almost 2 months now and I have ridden them on small rocks, and they are still going strong. I always try to be careful where I ride and not be careless. However, sometimes this is unavoidable. Since there's air in it, I guess it helps with bumps and rocks. While I can still feel them and the ride is rough, the hard tires definitely make the ride harder and less smooth.
Weight: I'm a 4'9"" woman and weigh just over 100 pounds. The scooter weighs about a third of my weight, and since the battery is under the pedal, the weight is evenly distributed. The scooter can be lifted by hand after folding the pole. For me, it's a bit heavy. I recommend getting a handle or strap. Or go to the gym and work out more so you can handle it.
Mileage and Speed: As for range, I'm happy with it. I drove at top speed for most of the trip and came home with the battery of one and two bars, depending on the throttle. It cruises at two bars and will drop to one bar when accelerating. I didn't notice any slowdown on the scooter during the entire trip. This may have something to do with my weight and the road I ride on. If you weigh 80 pounds and live on the flat, you never have to stop and you get a lot of range. If you weigh 220 pounds (the scooter's maximum weight rating) and live somewhere with a lot of steep hills and a lot of stop-and-go, your range will be much less. this is how science works
Battery life: The manual says it takes 4 hours to fully charge. Today I only charged 3 bars (full charge is 4 bars), and my 40-minute drive was okay because I didn’t drive it to the maximum as usual. It has a top speed of 16 mph (your weight will also affect how fast it goes, 13 mph/or less). If I only had two bars of power when I left, it would be hard to do, and I would have to walk or push my scooter a few blocks to work. This happened to me once. I hope this gives you a good idea of battery life.
I paid a little over $300 for this scooter. The price is not bad at all. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, but I feel like even if it's a cheaper scooter, I'm lucky to have it.Brings me a lot of fun!
I've been using this M10lite scooter for a few months with no issues yet and I couldn't resist sharing what I love about it! !
This is the first time I bought a scooter and used it. I was worried about safety and installation at the beginning. I consulted customer service about the installation before purchasing. They sent a video to show how to assemble the scooter in advance, which looks very simple. And after receiving the scooter, the first thing I saw when opening the box is the instruction manual, which contains very detailed usage methods and precautions, such as switching on and off, shifting gears, and switching speeds. All operations are more simple than I imagined. Here is one thing that surprised me is that the rear fender need to be installed by myself. I asked customer service why and was told that it was for safe packing and to reduce the risk of damage during transportation, it is indeed necessary to think so and I got intact scooter, fortunately, there are instructions in a video and in the manual to show in detail how to install the rear fender, very simple, and I even did not watch the video to learn how to install it! Just ... several screws with the Allen wrench the seller offered in the package, then everything was done.
I was also surprised that I got started quickly, just like an old driver, lol. I never expected that riding could be so stable and fun! Love it!
In addition, I have to mention that the charging is also very fast, it only takes 4-5 hours to fully charge. The battery life is enough for me. I usually ride to class or hang out on a scooter on campus very comfortably, which saves me a lot of time and brings me a lot of fun.
I also like the valve adapter given by Turboant very much. It is very convenient to use when inflating the tires! I was told the recommended tire pressure is different in low or high temperatures.
Hot: 38-40psi (262-276Kpa and Cool: 40-45psi (276-310Kpal). Very helpful and attentive customer service
The design of the scooter is very simple, elegant, and a little special with an USB phone charging port, I can even charge my phone on the scooter, really cool design! I didn't expect to buy such a product that suits me at such a cheap price! worth! Amway, I strongly recommend it!X7 Max e-scooter purchase
The X7 Max e-scooter totally blew me away. It got to me real quick, only took 3 days. Putting it together was a piece of cake thanks to the helpful TurboAnt DIY videos. Being able to easily get replacement parts and batteries online was a huge plus for me. I really suggest getting one of these scooters. I even went the extra mile and put some slime in my tires for better upkeep. Gotta keep it nice and clean after each ride too.
The V8 scooter looks good, built pretty solid.
"Received my V8 on Monday, 7/24.
The scooter comes very soon.
The new scooter looks good, built pretty solid, it seems like quality products. The overall APPEARANCE of the V8 is sharp, and I love having the extra battery under the deck, that's why I choose it, for more mileage.
The first week's experience was great! I ride it to and from home and work every day, enjoying the morning sun, the breeze on my face, and the smell of freedom in the wind.
But my rear tire blew out with no reason, so I contacted turboant support immediately, they are nice and patience, guide me how to check the tire (The process of asking for help certainly took time, and I worked well with them). And I finally find the cause, and it's really important for all of you who is goanna to use the scooter!
DO NOT ride the scooter until you have inflated the tires to the right tire pressure (Apparently I forgot to inflate the tires). They told me inflate the tire to 30-32psi in hot weather and 34-36psi in cold weather.
I really appreciate their help, it's out of the warranty but they still sent me a new tire free. Besides, they have super detailed replacement videos! I would recommend it to my friends.
Every day with Turboant scooter is happy and look forward to:)"Setup was easy, the controls are great!
So far I've had a great experience with my X7 Max. Setup was easy, the controls are great, and it has a great battery life with a long range. This scooter works very well. It tops out at about 20 mph, but won't really hold that speed if you're pushing a wind. The lower setting of 10 mph is easy enough to maintain and maximize the battery life.
Compare with the X7 Pro, X7 Max has an added battery lock and its deck has also been widened and elevated for a safer and more comfortable standing position as well as smoother riding when going over bumps. The only con (and this really isn't a big deal) is the stickers that come on the screen are a little hard to remove directly. I added the alcohol to the glue marks, left for 30 minutes, and successfully wipe the residual glue with a rag. Again, no big deal. All in all, a great product!
Also, the customer support provided by Turboant has been exceptional. They have been responsive and attentive to my inquiries, ensuring a seamless buying experience and offering peace of mind regarding any potential issues or concerns.
I will surely recommend TurboAnt to my friends and hopefully get the V8 version soon.M10 purchase
The M10 scooter I bought turned out to be even better than I hoped for - super high quality and performance. The shipping was crazy fast and the customer service was amazing. I had a question, shot them an email, and got a super helpful response back within a day. Honestly, the scooter is totally worth every cent. My husband, who wasn't sure at first, is now thinking about snagging one for himself too.
I’m definitely a happy customer!
I love my scooter! It doesn’t get easier to operate than this. Turn it on, hop on and go! Basically ready to go right out the box. My job is close by so I barely have to charge it because I get such great battery life. It’s truly one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time! Not to mention it arrived super fast. I’m definitely a happy customer!
Highly recommended!
Got a refurbished model. For the price it’s worth it. Just a few scratches to the scooter but very minor and still runs as if it were brand new. I was looking around for a scooter but went with this model for the range and the removable battery. The removable battery is great because you can always buy purchase a spare battery and double your range. Plus if your battery does go bad for what ever reason, it’s an easy swap. Would highly recommend to a friend.
TurboAnt - V8 Dual-Battery Electric Scooter
Stay far away from TurboAnt. I have been disputing a purchase that never arrived since June. They refuse to remedy the situation, and I'm still stuck with a $600 bill. Buyer beware.
Now I will be disputing it with my bank, Klarna (again), and every review platform I can find. Absolutely ridiculous that I let myself trust this company.I am trying to delete my response, but it is not letting me. This issues has been resolved.
