I recently tried to cancel my long-term subscription with this company and it was a frustrating experience. I was surprised to see that there wasn't an easy way to cancel on their website, so I had to reach out to their support team. Dealing with them was a hassle. When I finally got in touch to cancel, the person I spoke to tried really hard to get me to stay, even though I made it clear I wanted to cancel. There was a policy that required me to give 10 days notice before the renewal date to avoid being charged for another month, but I missed it and got hit with a $1800 charge. After being a loyal customer for 8 years, I expected better treatment when canceling. Instead, I felt like they were taking advantage of me and making me pay for something I didn't want or need. This whole experience was really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Great CRM system
This system is awesome! It's really easy to use and set up. It helps me send messages and create campaigns with no issues. I even use it to remind me to send gifts and make to-do lists. It really helps me stay organized with all my referrals and clients. The more I use it, the better I become at using it!
CRM platform with email newsletter capabilities
I bought this CRM platform thinking it would do everything I needed, but it fell short of my expectations. I was promised I could hide my number, import contacts from Google by hand, and get reminders, but these features had restrictions and needed special setups. I basically had to do a bunch of coding on my own, which I wasn't thrilled about. And when I asked about getting my money back, since I had already paid for a whole year, the customer service folks were not helpful at all and didn't seem interested in finding a solution.
Annual software purchase
The sales seminar was a total nightmare. They made it sound so simple to start a business, but they conveniently left out all the important details. I got stuck in a $99 a month contract for a whole year, even though I wasn't sure about starting a business while still working for another company. Every time I tried to cancel, they slapped me with a $1188 fee. It felt like they were holding my ideas for ransom. Finally, at the end of the contract, I was able to cancel after a lot of arguing. To top it off, they even charged me for an extra month when I was out of work during the pandemic. The whole thing was a complete joke.
Subscription price increase
I've been using this service since 2021 and have generally been happy with what it offers. But recently, I was a bit bummed to see the cost of templates go up out of nowhere, especially with no new features added. They didn't even make it clear in the subject line of the email, which caught me off guard and annoyed me. I get that prices might need to change sometimes, but keeping us customers in the loop is important for trust.

I've been using this CRM software provider for years now, but recently had a really bad experience with them. About 20 days ago, I noticed that important client information was disappearing from our database. I only realized the extent of the issue last week when I needed the info for a big client meeting. I tried to cancel the payments and fix it, but instead of helping me out, they sent me a scary letter from their lawyer demanding money for stuff I never asked for or got. It's crazy to think they'd back up scammers instead of looking out for their own customers. I really don't recommend using this company at all.
