Keap Max Classic
Our team has been using Keap Max Classic for a good amount of time, and we are blown away by how much it has improved our efficiency and automation. We haven't even fully explored all it can do, but it's already changing the game for how we handle our business operations. The various features like pipeline stages, email automation, and lead sourcing are super useful in helping us stay on top of our workflow and getting more done. Plus, the wide range of affiliates and third-party apps, made possible by a strong API, make the whole user experience even better and give us even more tools to work with.
Membership refund
I canceled my membership but still got charged for two extra months. I was worried about getting a refund because of some bad reviews I saw, but I decided to reach out to customer service anyway. I really love how I can just get ahold of customer support whenever I need, no matter what time it is. They're always quick, friendly, and super helpful with answering my questions. It doesn't matter if it's a late-night chat on a Sunday or a phone call on a Saturday evening, the support team is always there for me. One time, they even sent me extra info days after our first talk, which was awesome. Their dedication to helping me out is just top-notch and really sets the bar high for customer service.

It's really made a huge difference for my business, letting me concentrate on the important stuff while my marketing campaigns practically run themselves. I can't recommend it enough!
My online tool purchase
I got this thing online that's been really useful, but be careful 'cause they could end up charging you for things you never asked for! It's such a hassle to get them to stop billing you. I've wasted a ton of money because of it!
CRM software
I was pretty pumped to give this CRM software a shot since a friend highly recommended it. But, gotta say, my experience wasn't all that great. The software did have some cool features, but they didn't always work like they should. And all those updates just made things even more confusing, making it tough to figure out how to use the system. We ended up bringing in a trainer to help us out, which did make a difference, but it was an unexpected cost for us. Having to constantly relearn how to use the software due to all the changes ate up a ton of our time. In the end, the high cost and all the bugs in the system just didn't make it worth the investment.
Great CRM system
This system is awesome! It's really easy to use and set up. It helps me send messages and create campaigns with no issues. I even use it to remind me to send gifts and make to-do lists. It really helps me stay organized with all my referrals and clients. The more I use it, the better I become at using it!
