CRM platform with email newsletter capabilities
I bought this CRM platform thinking it would do everything I needed, but it fell short of my expectations. I was promised I could hide my number, import contacts from Google by hand, and get reminders, but these features had restrictions and needed special setups. I basically had to do a bunch of coding on my own, which I wasn't thrilled about. And when I asked about getting my money back, since I had already paid for a whole year, the customer service folks were not helpful at all and didn't seem interested in finding a solution.

Good quality, size, washes well, will shop again

I've been getting elderly care supplies from this company for like, over ten years now. They've got everything from, like, food stuff to medical stuff, which is super important 'cause I gotta take care of my older family members who are sick and livin' at home. CWI has always been on top of gettin' my orders to me on time, never had any issues. And whenever I've had questions, I could just call 'em up and talk to a real person for help, no automated thing. I've even told a bunch of my coworkers about 'em 'cause they had no clue where to find supplies. Their prices are pretty competitive too, I've done my research. I totally recommend their services!

Blu waffle texture towels
I love the Blu waffle texture towels I got! They dry super fast, which is a must for any towel. I swapped out all my old kitchen towels for garage rags because these Blu towels are way better. I even used some of the extra material to make bowl cozies and a couple of hot pads. The material is top-notch quality and they work great.

Oversized sweater
I got this huge sweater and the company screwed up the shipping address. I reached out to them and we went back and forth for weeks trying to fix it. But they wouldn't give me a full refund because the package went to the wrong place and they didn't want to send it out again. Then they said the sweater wasn't even in stock anymore. Watch out for this company, they blame you and won't give your money back right.
