When it comes to medical supplies, I take it seriously. CWI always has what I need, right when I need it. As a woodworker and builder, getting hurt is just part of the job. CWI has a great selection of first aid kits, compression wraps, and cold packs to help me out. And those cool bandaid designs keep my nosy coworkers at bay. When my son was born, CWI saved me from those expensive club stores. Their diapers are not only cheaper but also top quality, from the same manufacturer. The folks at CWI really care about their customers. They take the time to understand what you need and always offer the best advice. Their new website for online shopping is easy to use, but I still prefer calling in with my random questions - they always have the answers.
Elderly care supplies
I've been getting elderly care supplies from this company for like, over ten years now. They've got everything from, like, food stuff to medical stuff, which is super important 'cause I gotta take care of my older family members who are sick and livin' at home. CWI has always been on top of gettin' my orders to me on time, never had any issues. And whenever I've had questions, I could just call 'em up and talk to a real person for help, no automated thing. I've even told a bunch of my coworkers about 'em 'cause they had no clue where to find supplies. Their prices are pretty competitive too, I've done my research. I totally recommend their services!

I've been buying Boost Kids from this company for the last three years and I gotta say, I haven't had any problems with my orders at all. It's kinda weird to see negative reviews because my experience has always been good. Proteinex lemon lime bottles
So, I ordered these Proteinex Lemon Lime bottles because they were out of the orange flavor, you know? But when I got them, there was this strange crystal stuff on the cap and the taste was totally not lemon. It was gross. And when I called to complain, I couldn't even speak with a supervisor! What kind of customer service is that? It's so annoying, I swear I'm never ordering from them again!

Out-of-stock item
I recently bought something online that was supposed to be in stock. Got an email saying it was getting ready to ship, but when I asked about the status, turns out it's actually out of stock. They couldn't tell me when it would be back in stock. Then they canceled my order because they didn't have it, and said they never charged my card. But then I found $1,000 of bogus charges on my credit card. This whole thing has really bummed me out and made me mad at how this company is handling things.
Thickened food
I came across this really awesome thickened food that I was looking for, and these guys always have it in stock. Their customer service folks are so helpful, and we always receive our items really quickly. If you're in need of medical supplies, this place is top-notch!
