JFK to Times Square taxi service
We had booked a taxi to take us from JFK Airport to Times Square, but when we arrived and got our luggage after a long 14-hour flight, the taxi never showed up. We tried calling them multiple times, but no one answered. It was really frustrating that they didn't communicate with us and didn't provide the service we paid for. We even sent them an email through their website, but got no response. To top it off, they had already charged us for the ride. In the end, we were stuck without a ride or a refund. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this service in the future. It's probably better to just get a taxi right at the airport for a more reliable and stress-free experience.

Unresponsive customer service
The way this company handles communication is just terrible. I tried calling, emailing, sending messages, but got no response at all. It seemed like they were purposefully ignoring customers like me. Getting no updates or info about my order really pissed me off. And the automated system hung up on me when I finally got through to customer service - that was the last straw. It's not right for a company to take my money and not send out what I ordered. This unprofessional behavior has me worried about how they run things.
