Quick and easy booking process
The booking process went really smoothly and the experience was exactly as described. We had a long layover in Waikiki and were looking for a spot to chill before our flight. Being able to hang out by the pool, hit the beach, and relax in the shade, while also being able to come and go whenever we wanted, made our day super enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend ResortPass to anyone needing a convenient and comfy way to pass the time during a layover.

Unresponsive customer service
The way this company handles communication is just terrible. I tried calling, emailing, sending messages, but got no response at all. It seemed like they were purposefully ignoring customers like me. Getting no updates or info about my order really pissed me off. And the automated system hung up on me when I finally got through to customer service - that was the last straw. It's not right for a company to take my money and not send out what I ordered. This unprofessional behavior has me worried about how they run things.

Avene skin toner
I found this website randomly, and ended up ordering the Avene skin toner. I was a little unsure at first, because I had never heard of this website, but I decided to go for it. I was pretty amazed when the product showed up just 3 days after I ordered it - that was unexpected! I had also placed an order with a big brand on the same day, but I haven't gotten those products yet. I'll definitely be coming back to use this website again.
