Lack of communication, delayed dispatch, unprofessional, inefficient.
Dealing with this company has honestly been a nightmare. The lack of communication has been beyond frustrating. Even after I paid, I had to keep bugging them to find out what was going on with my order. It's really disheartening to feel like I'm being ignored and clueless about when I'll get my stuff. I've tried reaching out for a refund multiple times, but they've just ignored me every time. I finally had to go to my bank to see if they could help me get my money back. This whole thing has been so unprofessional and a total waste of time, and now I'm just feeling disappointed and not sure what to do.

It was pretty surprising, especially since regular jewelers who looked at it thought it was flawless and gorgeous. So I just had them send the ring back to me.
