High value timepiece purchase
I recently bought a really nice watch from Collector Square and had the pleasure of dealing with Marine in their Watch & Jewelry Department. Marine was super professional and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Even when there was a small hiccup with my bank wire, Marine stayed patient and polite, which I really appreciated. Plus, her English was perfect, so communicating was easy. When the watch finally arrived, it was even better than I expected. And to top it off, Marine included the original exotic skin strap, which many sellers forget to do because of import issues. All in all, my experience with Collector Square and Marine was amazing, and I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.
Expensive Watch Purchase
I recently splurged on something from this company and man, let me tell you, I was totally blown away. I came across this amazing watch on their website and decided to hit them up for more details. I got a call back within an hour from a super friendly person who patiently answered all my questions. Feeling good about my choice, I placed my order and made the payment. To my surprise, my watch showed up the very next day with DHL Express and the shipping cost was surprisingly low. The level of customer service I received was top-notch and I am more than happy with how everything went down. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
Cartier bracelet purchase
I went to Collector Square this afternoon for the first time and I gotta say, I was super impressed. They had the bags all displayed in these fancy niches that made the store feel so luxurious. The salesperson who helped me out was really nice and not at all pushy. I ended up buying the Cartier bracelet that I had made an appointment for, and it even came with a fancy case.
