Even though my order was delayed, I have to say the customer service team at this store really went above and beyond. They were so helpful in finding my package and making sure I was kept in the loop along the way. Their dedication to making sure customers are happy really impressed me.
Item hasn't arrived
The shipping is just taking forever! I mean, I've been waiting for my order for two whole weeks now and it still hasn't shown up. I've gotten stuff from China in less time than this!

I'm so happy with the great service I got from this company. I ordered a product for my dog and it came in just 4 days, all the way from California to Illinois. The fast delivery really impressed me and went above what I was expecting. I haven't had the product long enough for my dog to try it out, but I can tell the quality is good from my first look at it.
