Shoes too small, needed larger size
So, you know, I ordered these shoes online and they ended up being, like, way too small. I called customer service and this guy Matthew was seriously amazing. Purchased wrong shoe size
I just bought some shoes from Daniel Footwear, but they sent me the wrong size. Turns out their website uses UK sizes, so I ended up getting the wrong fit. When I tried to return them, they wanted me to pay more for shipping than I did for the shoes! Plus, their website says they have live chat but it's really just messaging. Can you believe that?
