Poor quality boots
I recently bought a pair of boots from this brand, and man, I was so bummed out by the quality. It's crazy how quickly the sole of the boots fell off, not just once, but twice. I tried reaching out to the company to talk about it, but no luck. The customer service was terrible and they didn't help me at all, which really turned me off. I'm all about quality and reliability when I buy stuff, so this was a big letdown. I definitely won't be buying from this brand again and I can't in good conscience recommend it to others after what I went through.
Wide footed person, Targhee 3 oxfords
I was a big fan of this brand for a while, you know. I got like 20 pairs of their shoes over the years because they were super comfy for my wide feet and I could rock 'em all day without any issues. But man, the quality has really gone downhill recently. I snagged a sweet pair of Targhee 3 oxfords for a work trip abroad and I was pumped to wear 'em around the clock while I was doing my thing and then exploring the European cities on my downtime. But dang, my excitement faded fast when I saw the sole basically falling off the shoe after just a week. It was a huge pain having to scramble for new shoes while I was overseas. I trusted this brand big time, so it was a major letdown dealing with such shoddy quality.
Hiking boots
I love how stylish and comfortable these boots are, perfect for my wide feet. But, then came the heartbreak - the rubbery waterproof part started falling apart after just 100 miles of walking on easy terrain. It's a shame I didn't catch it before the warranty ran out ?. It feels like they were designed to fail on me! And they weren't even cheap boots! I was hoping they'd last for years, not months. Now, they're just useless junk, adding to the landfill ?.
American-made boots for boyfriend
I had the hardest time trying to find some American-made boots for my boyfriend, but I finally found them from this company that still makes some styles right here. It was such a relief to find a pair that was just what I was looking for after all that searching. And the fact that they didn't break the bank was an awesome bonus. Shout out to Keen Boot Co for coming through and making my search a total win!
Work boots for carpentry and painting
I've been buying work boots for a long time from all kinds of stores, but man, I gotta say I'm really let down by the quality of the recent ones I got. I usually go through a couple pairs a year 'cause of all the carpentry and painting I do for work, but the old boots used to last a while. Lately, though, the ones I ordered online fell apart in no time. The soles and supports started coming off, and the insole supports wore out way faster than before. Now I gotta find a new brand I can trust for my work gear.
Targee walking shoes
I've been a loyal customer for years and always loved this brand's stuff. But I bought a pair of Targee walking shoes recently and they let me down. The ankle fit was off, letting in stones while I walked. Plus, the waterproofing didn't hold up for long, even with good care. It seems like they're more about making money now instead of keeping up with the top-notch quality I'm used to.
Waterproof work boots
I got these waterproof work boots from the company, but man, they are so uncomfortable! The tongue keeps wrinkling up and digging into my ankles, and it's been bugging me for the last couple of years. I've tried wearing them for short periods, but the discomfort just won't go away. Now, the warranty's up, so I'm stuck with a pair of boots that I can't even wear.
Shoes
I got these awesome shoes that were perfect for summer walks! I loved them so much that I went back and snagged another pair on sale, and they were just as great. But then I made the mistake of getting a different pair that weren't so comfy. They didn't give me the support I needed and ended up hurting my feet. I learned my lesson - always check your shoes before committing!
Waterproof shoes purchase
I bought these waterproof shoes on sale for just over $100 from an online store a while back. It's a bummer because after only six months of wearing them, they're not waterproof anymore. The soles are peeling off, there are cracks on the sides, and the toe bumper has completely come apart. I was really hoping for better quality from these shoes, so I'm pretty disappointed.
Work Boots
My Keen work boots have been a total game-changer for me. I work in a really tough industrial setting and these boots have held up amazingly well. I'm now on my third pair and it says a lot about how well-made and durable they are. They're comfy, not too heavy, and keep my feet nice and safe. I've been wearing them every single day for a whole year and they still feel just as good as when I first got them. I did have a little issue with my latest pair, but the customer service team took care of it super quick and sent me a new pair right away. I'm really impressed with how fast and devoted they are to making sure customers are happy. Overall, I'm beyond pleased with my Keen work boots and will definitely keep backing this brand.
walking shoes
I bought these walking shoes, but after only wearing them a few times, the sole fell off! I took them to a shoe repair shop, and they told me the sole was glued in two pieces, so they couldn't fix it. What a disappointment! They were expensive, but they're definitely not worth the price.
Work boots and hiking boots
I recently bought a pair of work boots and hiking boots, but the whole thing was a mess. They were sent through FedEx, but the tracking number they gave me didn't match my address. Now my boots are lost in transit. I've tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times, but they haven't gotten back to me. It's really frustrating not hearing anything and feeling like I got ripped off. Now I'm just waiting for a refund from PayPal and hoping this whole thing gets sorted out. I would suggest staying away from this company to avoid going through what I did.
Water shoes
I got these water shoes for my grandma to wear while fishing, and they were supposed to be waterproof. But when she actually used them on her fishing trip, the entire sole just fell off! We contacted the company about it, and they refused to cover it, claiming the shoes were too old. It doesn't seem fair at all because they still looked brand new! We typically shop at other outdoor stores like Lands End and LLBean, and we've never experienced this kind of treatment before. Really disappointed!
Hiking boots warranty claim
My new Keen hiking boots ended up getting pretty beat up after only 4 months. I went online, filled out a form, and sent some pics of the messed up boots. They quickly gave me credit for new boots in just 5 days. I ordered the replacements and they arrived super fast. It was such a simple process!
Boots
I got these boots less than a year ago and they already fell apart. The top part is completely coming off from the bottom part. These boots aren't cheap, but I've had cheaper ones that lasted longer. I'm definitely not buying these again, that's for sure.
My awesome new shoes
I really don't understand why some people out there gave Keen a bad rating. I just got the best shoes ever last week and they are so comfortable and stylish. I wore them everywhere and they were amazing. Keen definitely rocks!
Comfortable, but not durable boots
I'm really bummed out about these boots. I bought them when I was on vacation in Wales and at first, I really liked how comfy they were. But after only using them once in a while for a year, the soles started coming apart and letting water in. I exchanged them for a new pair, but the same thing happened again a year later. It's annoying that the company hasn't addressed this durability issue. Even though the boots were comfy, they just didn't hold up. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone and I won't be buying them again.
Waterproof Hiking Boots
I bought these hiking boots thinking they would last me a long time, but after just four months, the fabric near the toe started to tear. I only wear them to walk my dog, nothing crazy. For the price I paid, it's disappointing that they fell apart so quickly. I won't be buying shoes from this brand again.
Online order cancellation
I just made an order online, but then realized I messed up and needed to cancel it. Can you believe they told me I couldn't change or cancel it once it's submitted? So ridiculous, right? The order hadn't even been shipped, but they still wouldn't let me cancel it. It's like they say they care about the environment, but then they won't let me avoid wasting resources by canceling an order. So frustrating! I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else once I deal with returning these items.
Waterproof work boots
These boots are absolutely amazing. I've worn them every day for almost 2 years now and they're still in great shape. They're really comfortable, super durable, and just all-around awesome. I'm definitely thinking about getting my next pair from here too.
