College softball team stay
Our college softball team has stayed with this company for the second year in a row. The house was awesome - super clean and exactly what we wanted. But, man, the pool was a bummer. It was broken when we got there and we couldn't use it for 5 out of the 8 days we were visiting. We did get some money back for those days, but it was still a huge disappointment for our big group of 20 college students. It would also be really helpful if there were instructions on how to set up cool stuff like the bowling alley, movie room, and karaoke machine in the rental properties.

Car rental experience
My time at the Charlotte spot was so aggravating! I had to wait in the garage for two whole hours, and nobody even told me about that before I signed the contract in the lobby. That's just not right, you know? It's not cool at all. I won't be going back to this company, that's for sure.

Recent purchase experience
My recent shopping experience was a real letdown. I paid on time for my order, but I keep getting bombarded with collection emails even though I've sent proof of payment multiple times. The customer service has been really lacking in communication and follow-up, which is pretty unprofessional. All in all, I'm super disappointed and it's making me rethink buying from them again.

Hiking boots warranty claim
My new Keen hiking boots ended up getting pretty beat up after only 4 months. I went online, filled out a form, and sent some pics of the messed up boots. They quickly gave me credit for new boots in just 5 days. I ordered the replacements and they arrived super fast. It was such a simple process!

Sleep Course Success
The Sleep Course was really amazing for me and my 6-month-old baby. At first, I wasn't sure if it would work, but after just a few days, I could see a big difference in my baby's sleep schedule. The instructions in the course were easy to understand and follow, and we saw results right away. Now, I can say confidently that my baby takes naps and goes to bed without any trouble, and sleeps well through the night. I am so thankful for the better sleep we are getting now because of this course. I would definitely recommend it to any parent who is struggling with their baby's sleep.
