Misleading Membership Enrollment
Don't get sucked into signing up for this company with its sneaky hidden fees. Trust me, they're just trying to cheat you. Save your cash and find somewhere else to shop.
Customer experience
My recent experience with this company wasn't great. I placed an order online, but I didn't get a confirmation email, so I wasn't sure if my purchase went through. When I called their support line, they told me that my order had been cancelled by the system without letting me know. I was really disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency, so I would warn others to think twice before doing business with this company.
Broken phone case
I bought a phone case from this company and was pretty bummed when it showed up cracked with a wonky fingerprint sensor. The quality was way lower than I thought, especially since they claim it can withstand a hammer. It's a bummer they couldn't back up their own words.
And to top it off, dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare. Instead of helping me out and giving me a refund like I asked, they just kept pushing for a replacement. When I stuck to my guns about a refund, they conveniently stopped responding altogether. They're clearly more focused on selling products than actually making their customers happy.
I'd say this company is a complete scam, and I'd advise anyone against buying from them.Order cancellation
I can't believe that vendor didn't come through with my order for a basic printer! It was my first time buying from them, and I won't be doing it again. I spent so much time waiting around for a product that never even showed up.
Botched order experience
Don't bother with this company. I tried to order online, but their website was a disaster so I had to call them. After sorting out my order over email, they surprised me with a higher price. Apparently they switched suppliers without bothering to let me know! They basically told me to pony up the extra cash or forget about it. It's totally unfair. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
Recent purchase experience
My recent shopping experience was a real letdown. I paid on time for my order, but I keep getting bombarded with collection emails even though I've sent proof of payment multiple times. The customer service has been really lacking in communication and follow-up, which is pretty unprofessional. All in all, I'm super disappointed and it's making me rethink buying from them again.
Stationery items
I just bought some stationery stuff from this company, and let me tell you, it was the absolute worst. I actually work in customer service too, so I get how tough it can be, especially now with everything going on. But the service I got from this company was just terrible. They were so rude, not helpful at all, and didn't seem to know anything about what they were selling. I was just left feeling so irritated and fed up. What a complete waste of my time.
Office supplies
I used to always have my old job order stuff from here. But now that I don't work there anymore, they keep blowing up my phone and email to renew my membership. I've told them so many times to stop, but they just won't listen. It's seriously annoying!
Unprofessional customer service
I had a pretty frustrating experience with my order on the website recently. I placed the order, but never got any confirmation emails or tracking info. When I checked my account, I found out that my order was missing. So, I decided to place it again, only to realize later on that the Credit department had cancelled it without letting me know. It's really annoying when a company doesn't keep me in the loop like that.
Business Services Purchase
The salespeople at this company were so unprofessional and pushy. I mean, they were acting all high and mighty, like they were better than me. It really rubbed me the wrong way when I asked for simple stuff like written contracts and business cards, and they got all bent out of shape about it. Plus, they wouldn't even pencil me in for follow-up appointments, so I couldn't even do my homework on their services. And don't even get me started on how they tried to strong-arm me into signing a $200-a-year contract, when they said the first year was free! Something just doesn't add up there. I think they're pulling some sneaky tricks, so I'd tell anyone thinking about doing business with them to watch out.
Gloves and PPE purchase restricted to first responders
I was really let down when I found out that gloves and other protective gear could only be bought by first responders on the website. I work as a cleaner, and I think it was pretty unfair of the company to do that. It's like they're saying that healthcare workers matter more than us, and that's just not right. Because of this rule, I decided to cancel my account right away. I won't be supporting them anymore, even after this pandemic is over.
Black ink purchase
I got some black ink from Quill and man, it was a struggle to find it anywhere else! But it was super affordable and got here in just two days. I tried ordering from a different online store and it's dragging on forever. So glad I went with Quill, they really saved me!
Overcharged and Poor Customer Support
Man, I was so let down by my shopping experience here. They totally ripped me off and then when I tried to get some help from customer support, they were just super unhelpful and rude. Just a heads up, watch out for this company and definitely keep an eye on your bank statements after you buy something.
Ring camera purchase for rental properties
I'm a property owner and I wanted to improve security for my customers, so I decided to buy a Ring camera from this company. But then I found out after waiting for 2 weeks that my order got canceled without them even letting me know. When I called customer service to ask about it, they were not helpful at all and placed unnecessary restrictions on what I could buy. It was really frustrating how they didn't communicate well and acted unprofessionally, so I decided to shop somewhere else. The bad reviews I had seen about their old products and questionable membership practices just confirmed to me that I shouldn't recommend this company.
6-month coffee supply order
I recently got a 6-month supply of coffee from this company and man, it was a major letdown. So first, the delivery driver just plowed over my lawn and wrecked the orange snow stakes along my driveway. Like, really? No respect for my stuff at all. Then, when I finally opened up the package, I was super surprised to see that the coffee was gonna expire in only 2 months. I mean, what's up with that? I ordered enough for 6 months! I tried to reach out to the company about all this, but of course, no response. Shows they don't really care about customers, which just made me feel totally forgotten about and unimportant.
Ink pen and notebook
