I got this really awesome watch from here and I love it! The website was a little tricky to navigate, but the person who helped me was so nice and patient. They made sure I understood everything and even fixed a small issue I had. It made the whole buying experience really enjoyable!

Broken phone case
I bought a phone case from this company and was pretty bummed when it showed up cracked with a wonky fingerprint sensor. The quality was way lower than I thought, especially since they claim it can withstand a hammer. It's a bummer they couldn't back up their own words.
And to top it off, dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare. Instead of helping me out and giving me a refund like I asked, they just kept pushing for a replacement. When I stuck to my guns about a refund, they conveniently stopped responding altogether. They're clearly more focused on selling products than actually making their customers happy.

Online order delivery issue
The online order I made back on September 1, 2023 was a disaster. I sent it to a parcel shop, but it never showed up. And to make matters worse, I haven't gotten my money back for the package that never arrived. The customer service was awful. They didn't even try to help me out, just kept sending me the same cookie-cutter responses that didn't apply to my situation at all. It's really frustrating to see a big company treat its customers so poorly. Definitely steer clear of this online store!

I purposely waited for a while to leave a review for this scooter. I can confidently say that the TurboAnt X7 Max is a true standout in the market. This exceptional scooter has exceeded my expectations in every way, delivering an unrivaled combination of construction quality, power, range, and performance.
Construction quality: From the robust frame to the high-quality components, the X7 Max scooter exudes durability and reliability. It worked seamlessly out of the box, with a folding system, which is easy to fold and very resistant. This scooter has an added battery lock in the stem for an optimized riding experience and security. Also, the footrest is broad and can fit huge feet easily.
Power: The X7 Max scooter has a 450W motor, which provides ample torque. It has three speed modes, Eco, Comfort, and Sport. Eco mode goes to under 6 mph, Comfort mode goes to under 10 mph and Sport mode goes from 11-20 which actually feels pretty dam fast and slick. Whether navigating through city streets or cruising on open paths, the X7 Max scooter handles it all with grace and power.
Range: The X7 Max range is impressive. I've been doing 30 miles for a week. It's huge for my limited needs. With the ability to cover substantial distances on a single charge, I've been able to enjoy extended rides without worrying about constantly recharging. This feature has truly expanded my commuting options and allowed for more adventurous excursions.
Other parts: It has two brakes, a regenerative one on the front wheel and a disc one on the rear, which is a safety plus for braking, I imagine. Usually using the regenerative one that acts on the motor is enough: I use the disc one only for almost """"emergency"""" braking. The brakes are pretty sturdy and stop perfectly when required and give a good deal of control while riding. The riding is pretty smooth. Since the tires seem ..., they can handle small bumps with ease. It also has a small LED screen that shows the battery status and the speed. The shocker here was, it has Cruise control. After holding the throttle for more than 6 seconds, it gets into cruise control mode automatically. The front light illuminates, but if you go out at night, use an additional high-power front light.
Additionally, I would like to note that when I did have to reach out to their customer service, I was blown away by the quality and speed of the responses and support I received.
My scooter stopped after hitting a big bump, I contacted support by email and they responded fast and efficiently, sending videos, and asking questions to identify the problem (which in the end It was the throttle issue), and when they found out, they sent me the entire throttle for free to change it! Fixed in 10 minutes and working perfectly again. My experience with the technical support service is unbeatable, of course. They usually respond to email within the day.
In conclusion, I'd say this electric scooter is an excellent purchase for those looking for a reliable and fun mode of transportation. I wholeheartedly recommend the X7 Max, it has exceeded my expectations, and I am excited to see where it takes me on my future journeys!Review about: Beebeecraft
Flower bracelet supplies
The video about making the flower bracelet was cool, but it didn't give enough info about bead size, thread type, and how to actually thread everything together. It would've been nice if the video went slower and included more details about the materials and steps for making the bracelet. It would also be helpful to have a name for the bracelet so people can easily find the supplies to make it on their own.

Third eco-drive watch gift
It's always amazing to get a gift, especially when it's your third eco-drive watch. But let me tell you, my joy quickly turned to frustration when the watch didn't fit right. The folks down at the store in the Caribbean islands didn't take out enough links, so I was left with a watch that just didn't feel right on my wrist. I decided to get some help from the service department at Citizen Canada. And let me tell you, they were incredible. They not only adjusted the watch for me for free, but they did it with a smile. The gal who helped me had such a great attitude, you could tell she really liked working there. It's so nice to come across a company that actually cares about providing good service in their service department.

Player jersey
I recently bought two player jerseys from this online store and my experience wasn't great. The first order was placed on 2/11/19, but it kept getting delayed. Finally, on 3/21/19, they offered to ship it faster, but a week later it still hadn't been sent out, so I ended up canceling the order. The second jersey, ordered on 10/11, wasn't expected to ship until after the first playoff game, which seemed pretty slow and inefficient. It's frustrating to deal with these long delays, especially when you need the jerseys for sports events.

Ring purchase
I got a ring from this company and oh man, it was a total nightmare. They didn't even deliver my order and they totally ignored the shipping protection I paid extra for. The whole system is a disaster - the seller sends it to them, they wrap it up again, and then send it to you. It's a joke. And don't even get me started on their customer service. I contacted them so many times and all I got were basic replies from someone who clearly doesn't know what's going on. It's a total rip-off.

Mattress purchase
My experience buying a mattress at this store recently was not great. Ordering was fine, but things went downhill fast. When my mattress was delivered, the box was all torn up and the insides were exposed. That is totally not cool and shows the delivery team didn't care. I was really let down by the service I got and the price didn't match up with the terrible delivery. All in all, my experience with Mattress Firm was not good and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
