    I just bought a phone from this place and man, I gotta tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. It was so easy to do and the customer service was actually really great. They were super understanding and helpful, which you don't come across too often nowadays. The shipping was quick and you can even get it earlier for pretty much the same price as in-store. I have no idea why there are negative reviews because my experience was awesome. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

    Flex Shopper review

    I really like using Flex Shopper because it lets me get stuff for my family without having to fork over a ton of cash upfront. They have a good selection of products, but I've run into some problems with their Flex Wallet feature. Twice now, I tried to use it for work items that they didn't have available, and they said no. I hope they can fix this problem or start offering more stuff to meet people's different needs.

    I just bought a chest freezer from this online store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how everything went.     I bought a Meta Quest 3 from this store back in December last year, but it stopped working after just 2 weeks. Dealing with them to get a return approved has been a complete nightmare. It's been 3 months of going back and forth, all while they keep taking money from my account every week for a faulty product. Dealing with them has been so frustrating, and I won't ever buy from them again. I recommend avoiding these folks at all costs.

    I had a problem when I tried to switch my payment date with this company. I wasn't too pleased to see that the cost increased when I asked for the change. I had to deal with the hassle of mailing something to address the problem, which was a pain. Also, the person I talked to was impolite and not very helpful. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and didn't seem to know much about the process. Because of this annoying experience, my account stays in the red every Monday because of this payment arrangement, and I haven't been able to fix the issue.

    As a new customer, I've been really disappointed with my experience with this company.     I'm really frustrated because I still haven't received my order even though I've already paid twice! I reached out to customer service and the lady I talked to was incredibly rude. I asked if I could just pay for a month, like 4 weeks at a time, and she flat out refused. She said I had to pay weekly, no exceptions. It's totally unfair!
