I’d rather not recommend them based on my experience. I ordered a computer about a week ago — at first the site looked legit — and the site promised an email from the vendor within 24–72 hours, but that email never arrived. I waited a bit thinking delays happen, then reached out to customer service. They kept telling me they have to contact the vendor to cancel and that it can take up to 72 hours to hear back. That was maddening because the website itself says 24–72 hours for vendor contact. When I asked who the vendor is, I got vague answers like “we don’t know” (which felt odd). The rep insisted the vendor issues the refund after they send the cancellation request. It’s all slow and murky, and it’s making me nervous the money’s gone. I’ve asked my bank to handle it and may stop payments. Disappointing, frustrating, and avoidant behavior from support.

Then they charged my card and asked for extra verification after the fact — bank info and my driver’s license. That was confusing and annoying. Support was slow and a bit dismissive at first. If you try this, keep copies of your emails and insist on talking to a supervisor if things stall. Mildly satisfied in the end, with a wish they’d verify things before charging.

Flex Shopper review
I really like using Flex Shopper because it lets me get stuff for my family without having to fork over a ton of cash upfront. They have a good selection of products, but I've run into some problems with their Flex Wallet feature. Twice now, I tried to use it for work items that they didn't have available, and they said no. I hope they can fix this problem or start offering more stuff to meet people's different needs.

Meta Quest 3 purchase
I bought a Meta Quest 3 from this store back in December last year, but it stopped working after just 2 weeks. Dealing with them to get a return approved has been a complete nightmare. It's been 3 months of going back and forth, all while they keep taking money from my account every week for a faulty product. Dealing with them has been so frustrating, and I won't ever buy from them again. I recommend avoiding these folks at all costs.

I've had a pretty good time shopping online. It's nice to be able to just chill at home and look for stuff to buy. Lately, though, I've seen some changes in their rules that I'm not super into. Still, it's been mostly good vibes when I've shopped with them.
Payment date change issue
I had a problem when I tried to switch my payment date with this company. I wasn't too pleased to see that the cost increased when I asked for the change. I had to deal with the hassle of mailing something to address the problem, which was a pain. Also, the person I talked to was impolite and not very helpful. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and didn't seem to know much about the process. Because of this annoying experience, my account stays in the red every Monday because of this payment arrangement, and I haven't been able to fix the issue.
