Oh my goodness, I'm totally obsessed with Flex Shopper, but I've been having this issue with my account. Every time I want to buy something, it keeps taking me to the wrong payment option. Can anyone help me figure this out? Besides that, they have such a great selection of items and I'm so excited to start playing my new Xbox game!
First purchase mix-up
I recently bought two air purifiers from this company and was surprised to receive two plush children's elephant chairs instead. I feel frustrated and disappointed because I was really excited about getting the air purifiers. I reached out to customer service in hopes they can fix this quickly. If they can sort out the mix-up, cover the return costs, and send me the air purifiers I wanted without any more issues, then I might change my mind about this company.
furniture purchase
Flexshopper really came through for me - I got the furniture I wanted in no time at all. I had the option to have it delivered right to my house or pick it up in-store, which was great.
