    Puppy training success

    Hey there! I just wanted to share that I've been taking tips from the trainers at TrainPetDog, and my puppy is seriously thriving! She's getting better at potty training, eating like a champ, found her own little spot in the house, and scored her own piece of the couch. Still have a few things to ask the trainers this week, but I'm so happy with how far we've come. You guys really know your stuff!     Suit purchase

    I purchased a suit from that store, but later found out they won't allow returns unless it's their mistake. Isn't that frustrating? And the way they communicate in English is not the best. I had to make two calls just to cancel my order, and they ignored me the first time. Pretty disappointing, right? It seems a bit sketchy to me!

    Easy transportation app

    Using the app for transportation is really simple, especially if you're new around here. I'm from the US and I had no trouble navigating it. It also runs smoothly on my iPhone. One thing I would recommend is including the departure time and seat number on the Wallet train ticket for extra convenience.

    My awesome 16th-century portrait painting

    Hey, just wanted to share that I received my portrait painting from those awesome artists again, and it's seriously amazing! They got every detail just right, it's exactly what I had in mind. The brushstrokes and lines are spot-on, it's like looking at the original. Huge shoutout to the artist for being so talented and to the service for being top-notch. And the price was totally fair too!

    Wedding dress purchase

    I bought this dress from that company for a wedding I was going to in March. At first, I was so excited about my purchase because I thought the brand was super high-quality. But then, I got really bummed out when I discovered that the sleeves started to fall apart after only 4 months of just hanging in my closet without being worn.

    Registration and points issue

    My experience with signing up and earning points on this platform has been pretty disappointing. Tonight was my third try attempting to finish my registration and boost my points, but I ran into a bunch of annoying roadblocks. I was all set to take part in a survey project, but I couldn't get past the 'Recaptcha' verification no matter how many times I tried. It was frustrating, especially since I have a lot of experience in marketing research and promotions. Technical issues kept me from joining the platform, even though I know I could contribute. On top of that, I was supposed to get a certain number of points for downloading an app, but I only got a small portion of what I was promised. I really value efficiency and accuracy, so it was pretty disheartening to see these kinds of mix-ups.

    Incorrect Part and Poor Customer Service

    The website said the part would work for my car, but it totally didn't. And don't even get me started on customer service - I sent them a bunch of emails, tried to chat with them, and called a bunch of times with no luck. And now they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee for their mess up. Just a heads up, steer clear of this place.

    Claim process

    Filing a claim because my trip got cancelled was pretty easy. I filled out the claim form and got all the right documents without any problems. I liked being able to email them for any info I needed. But it was a bummer that they didn't keep me in the loop during the review. It would have been nice to get updates every week on how things were going. Even with that though, they ended up covering my claim in full and the money was quickly deposited right into my bank account.

    Zip-up hoodie purchase

    I got this zip-up hoodie from this company and it was just like they said it would be. It took about 10 days to get here, so shipping wasn't super speedy, but I'm happy with how the sweatshirt turned out. It's made of good quality material and it's comfy to wear, plus the design is pretty cool. Luckily, I didn't have to contact customer service because everything went smoothly with my order. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and would definitely think about shopping from this company again down the road.

    I went into this store thinking it would be like any other, but wow was I happy to be proved wrong. The employees here aren't your typical salespeople, they really know their stuff and are genuinely helpful. Dyneal was especially awesome to talk to - super informative, friendly, and even a little sassy. I left feeling like I actually gained some knowledge about perfumes, rather than just being pitched to.

    The clothes I bought fit really well! I usually wear a size six, so I went with a medium size and it worked out perfectly. This was my second time ordering from them and even though it took a little longer to get this time, I decided to reach out to customer service for an update. They got back to me super fast and gave me all the info I needed on when my order would show up. All in all, I'm happy with how the clothes fit and the customer service was great.

    Subscription box delivery

    I was pretty excited when I signed up for that subscription box service, but man, did it disappoint. My box ended up showing up three months late, and when it finally got here, it was all soggy from being left out in the rain. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times through email, but never heard back. I think it's safe to say I won't be buying from them again.
