It helped my bad lower back, but the return policy is a nightmare. They claim returns, but the fine print gives only store credit and you pay $15 shipping to swap. So if it's wrong you're pushed to buy another $200–$300 item. Needed it after moving and an old mattress; glad it worked.
Third time's the charm? Not really
no refunds, only store credit. That turned what should’ve been a simple return into a chore and kept me re-ordering the same missized pieces. I tried different sizes, different cuts, same disappointing results. At some point you give up and hold onto items that aren’t right just because you’re stuck with credit. The fabrics felt cheaper than expected and sizing was all over the place. Would've been better if they offered refunds or clearer sizing notes — then I might’ve come back.
Used to be better
unimpressive and kind of a hassle. Their return policy is poor and I’ve had a store credit sitting there for more than a year that I can’t spend because nothing really fits or appeals. Years ago I bought a chiffon dress from them that was lovely, but YK quality feels downgraded and new arrivals have been meh for a couple years. Customer service seemed vague about credit expiration. It works, but it’s annoying.
Lovely dress, bit of a hiccup

Still, I can’t deny how great it looked on and how confident I felt wearing it, so it’s a mixed bag. If they fixed their return/repair policy or made that seam stronger, I’d be way happier. For now, I’ll keep it for special things but maybe alter the sleeve myself — I hate that I have to, but whatever.
Promo mix-up, delivery actually fine

I messaged my sales rep, Alice, asking if she could bump the discount — I needed a dress for a time-sensitive event. She couldn't help, no real explanation, just that she couldn't. Then the next day the whole site was 25% off. Not great. On the bright side, the dress shipped and arrived when they said it would, so that part worked and I was relieved. Customer service felt robotic though; no follow-up, no manual adjustment, nothing to acknowledge the hassle. I've had better and worse with other brands, so I'm not surprised, but still disappointed — especially since I would've stuck with them if they'd offered a small courtesy. Overall glad the delivery was reliable; annoyed by the handling of the promotion and the rep's silence. Kinda disappointed, but at least it arrived on time and in decent shape.

I bought this dress from that company for a wedding I was going to in March. At first, I was so excited about my purchase because I thought the brand was super high-quality. But then, I got really bummed out when I discovered that the sleeves started to fall apart after only 4 months of just hanging in my closet without being worn.
