    Tonneau cover and Running Boards

    I just bought a Tonneau cover and Running Boards for my new truck from this website. The Running Boards got here quickly, but the Tonneau cover is nowhere to be found. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email and phone calls, but no one has gotten back to me or given me a refund. It's really frustrating because that Tonneau cover was a big deal for me and my truck. I might have to get a lawyer involved to sort this out. This whole situation has been a letdown, especially since I've had good experiences with this website before.

    I bought some car accessories from this company recently and it was just awful. The customer service was seriously the worst - they charged me twice for my order and when I tried to get it sorted out, I was on the phone, chat, and email for hours trying to get it fixed. The responses I got from chat and email were totally off base and didn't even address the issue. And even when I finally talked to someone on the phone, they said they would fix it but never did. I ended up having to get PayPal involved to finally get it resolved. All in all, it was such a waste of my time and money dealing with this company.

    Car Cover

    I got a car cover from AutoAnything not too long ago, but it's been a big disappointment. The thing fell apart in less than a year of use. I tried fixing the tears with Gorilla Tape, but the material just kept wearing out. I always made sure to put on and take off the cover with someone else's help, but it still didn't last. I've got my receipt and photos to show you how bad the cover is now. I'm hoping you can send me a new one to replace this faulty product.

    Power Stop brake kit purchase

    My recent experience with this company has been so frustrating, I tell you. I bought a Power Stop brake kit from them for $1220.00 back on June 26th, only to get word later that my order was cancelled. Can you believe it? And on top of that, I still haven't gotten my money back, and they're straight up ghosting me on email. The lack of customer service and communication from them is just plain sad and not cool, you know? At this point, I'm thinking I might have to take some legal action to sort this mess out.

    I recently bought some floor mats and had a pretty disappointing experience.     I ordered this dashmat for my daughter's car and man, what a mess! It was made by this company I won't name, but let me tell you, it was impossible to install. I tried reaching out for a replacement or refund, but no dice. Should've checked here first!

    I recently bought a car seat cover from AutoAnything, but then ended up having to cancel my order because I got a full set of car seat covers as a gift. I called customer service right away to cancel, and I even saw on FedEx that the shipment was canceled. But, surprise surprise, I still got the package. Turns out AutoAnything sneakily reshipped it even after I canceled. Now I have to go through the trouble and expense of returning something I didn't want in the first place. This sneaky move definitely doesn't sit right with me, so I won't be shopping with AutoAnything again.

    Seat covers purchase

    The company messed up and sent my seat covers to the wrong place, so I had to deal with their customer service a bunch of times, which was super annoying. They wouldn't even give me a shipping label to fix it and tried to say it was my fault. On top of all that, the product was just okay, nothing special. The whole experience with their customer service was terrible and didn't match the quality of the product.

    Splash guards purchased, issues with return authorization

    My experience with AutoAnything was super frustrating. I bought splash guards for my truck and got two sets for the back. I called to return them, and the person said they'd email me a return number, but it never came. After two weeks, I called again and was told they hadn't heard back from the manufacturer. Looks like I might not ever get that return number from these guys.

    I gotta tell ya, my recent experience with this company was a total nightmare. I ordered a suspension kit and then got an email days later saying it was out of stock. They took my money even though they didn't have the item. I tried to reach out to them by phone and email, but never heard back. Such a rip off, I won't be dealing with them again.

    Diesel truck parts purchase

    I had a really bad experience dealing with AutoAnything. First, they sent me the wrong product which was really annoying. Then, when I asked for a replacement, it took forever to get it sorted out. It took them 18 days to credit me for their mistake, and I had to bug them with 4 phone calls just to get the return labels they never sent me. Overall, I wouldn't suggest buying from them because they don't take responsibility for their errors and their customer service is pretty terrible.

    Seat cover exchange

    I tried to swap out some seat covers for a different color, but the customer service I got was not very helpful. They told me I missed the window for exchanges, even though the product was still new in the package. I asked to talk to a supervisor, but I got put on hold for way too long. It seemed like they didn't care about what I had to say. I recommend checking out the bad reviews for this company before buying from them. There are definitely better options out there.

    Incorrect Part and Poor Customer Service

    The website said the part would work for my car, but it totally didn't. And don't even get me started on customer service - I sent them a bunch of emails, tried to chat with them, and called a bunch of times with no luck. And now they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee for their mess up. Just a heads up, steer clear of this place.

It left this weird powdery stuff all over my car, creeping into all the nooks and crannies. I tried calling them a bunch of times, but every time I called, I got a message saying there was no one available. I even tried emailing them, but no luck there either. Turns out, the company shut down. I'm super annoyed and bummed about how things turned out. The product was trash and the customer service was non-existent. What a bummer of a situation.

    Tonneau cover order

    I bought a tonneau cover from AutoAnything, and man, I gotta say I am super bummed out about the whole thing. It's been more than two months since I ordered it back in May, and today is July 10, and still no cover. The lack of communication from them is just not cool - I've emailed them several times and haven't heard a peep. And to top it off, they keep changing the shipping date, which just leaves me feeling annoyed and deceived. Paying for something and not getting it is sketchy, and this whole experience has been a major letdown. I'm thinking about getting help from the State Attorney's office to sort this mess out. Overall, my whole deal with AutoAnything has been a total joke.

    I ordered some seat covers for my 1998 car back in December, but they sent me the wrong ones in January. When I called customer service, at first they said I'd only get a partial refund. But after talking some more and giving them all the details they needed, they sorted everything out and I was happy with the outcome.

    Tonno cover purchase

    I just got a tonneau cover from AutoAnything, but I had a really bad experience with my order. I ordered an ArmorFlex cover, but six weeks later I found out they switched it to a Triad cover without even telling me why. When I contacted customer service with my receipt, they were not helpful at all and didn't even try to fix the mistake. It's so frustrating to deal with their lack of communication and bad customer service.

    Extremely satisfied. Helpful online Chat service, items shipped very fast and arrived with box in perfect condition, excellent price and cargo liner and and front seat floor mats fit perfectly for my Hyundai Elantra. Overall, much better than expected for the price.

    I ordered 3 items. Two came promptly and were what I ordered. The 3rd item was not listed as back ordered. After a month I e-mailed customer service and was told it would ship in a few days and was scheduled for "on time" delivery. Nothing arrived. A month later I e-mailed again. I was told it was scheduled for "on time delivery" in two weeks. There are other parts dealers I will be using in the future than AutoAnything.

    Floor mats

    I was set on purchasing from another store, but all items were not in stock. I found a good coupon for AUTO ANYTHING so decided to buy an array of items for my first ever, new car from them. The total was $440.00 with the savings and tax. Shipping was free for an over $100 purchase. All items showed as being in stock. Purchases were made Oct. 24th. 2020. Most items shipped within 2 weeks. I then received notice that the front mats would not arrive until Dec. 23rd -
    2 months after the order! I searched around and was able to find a similar item that would arrive in 2 weeks. Because we all need floor mats in winter, right? Well, I called Auto Anything on Nov. 9th and was on hold on and off for 1/2 hour as they searched for my order and called around about the product. The sales rep. was not customer -oriented and seemed angry that I was cancelling the item. He finally got back to me and said the product would be sent out by Nov. 16th! What? I told him it was still too late and that I wanted a refund. He took my credit card info. and said the refund would be processed within the next few days. 2 days later (Nov. 11) I got a notice stating that the item was being sent on Nov. 16th. I emailed and called and reminded them that I had cancelled the item. They said they would TRY and see if they could stop the order! Thankfully nothing was sent, yet no refund has been processed either. I have e-mailed them twice since Nov. 16th asking where the refund is and have not received any replies. It is now Dec. 7th and I told them if I do not get a reply and verification about the refund, that I would be contacting my credit card company. I have never received such a poor response from an on-line company. Do they not realize how much competition is out there? I don't care if I can save $25 on the sale, the time and frustration spent AFTER the purchase is not worth it. And I see I'm not the only one who's had the same experience with this company. Buyer beware.
