I bought a roof top over a month ago and still haven't gotten it. I've sent a bunch of emails but only got one reply. I'm really let down by the lack of communication and how long it's taking to get my order. It feels like I've been ripped off, so I'm gonna ask my credit card company for a refund. I really recommend avoiding this company because of their bad customer service and not delivering orders on time.
Business vehicle part
I ordered a part that my business vehicle really needed from this company. I waited three whole weeks for it to arrive, but when I reached out to them past the delivery date they promised, they just told me to apply for a refund. Turns out, they never even sent the product to USPS for delivery. This company showed a serious lack of professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. I wasted a whole month waiting for a product they didn't even have in stock.
