Excessive plastic packaging
I just got something delivered from this service and man, I was bummed to see how much unnecessary plastic packaging it came with. It's a bummer, cause those bags aren't even recyclable, and just donating them won't stop them from eventually going to a landfill. It's frustrating when a company values convenience over doing what's right for the environment. There are so many other delivery services out there that are more eco-friendly, and I think it's about time for this one to up their game.

I wasn't sure at first about buying the building block set from this store because I didn't think it could measure up to brands like LEGO or COBI. But when I finally tried it out, I was actually really impressed. The quality was top-notch and the price was a pleasant surprise. The blocks were super sturdy and fit together easily. Bread and gluten free snacks
I placed an order in August and items were still not delivered by October 10th. .I notified them I would be out of town for 11 days stating the dates. Would you believe they delivered the bread when I was out of town. It set for several days on my doorstep in 90 plus temperatures. When I arrived home and found it; it had to be discarded! This company is the PITS!!!! I don't believe they will survive in their business with this kind of service, etc.!!! DON'T ORDER!!! They finally did refund my money which they almost immediately debited my account after I placed my order. I am sooooo done with this company!!!!! AWFUL BUESINESS PRACTICES!!! AVOID!!!

Advanced Retinol 1.5% Complex.
The product cause a severe rash on my skin and neck. When I contacted them they said that they do not accept opened products.
This was their statement which was totally unacceptable to me.
"We do apologize for the trouble this has caused you. When using a retinol treatment, if your skin is not use to it or other exfoliating agents, irritation can occur. We only recommend using once a week until your skin is more use to the treatment. Perhaps mixing a small amount with your moisturizer may be beneficial for you. Please note it is normal to have a rash, bumps, or peeling when using a retinol.
Unfortunately we do not accept opened returns back into our warehouse and are unable to set up a return for you at this time. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!"
If you don't use a product how would you know if it's problematic? I Definitely will not recommend this company to anyone.

14 pairs of family pajamas
Ordered oct 5, 2020 received end of November Some pajamas were ripped and the quality poor. Their site says if damaged or not satisfied they will pay return shipping . After many many emails I filed a complaint with PayPal. They refused to pay shipping and to ship via Fed ex $250! So I have to keep these awful pajamas because they didn’t keep their word! Total scam!
