Shoes
This store is so frustrating. I ordered some shoes and they came missing parts. Then when I wanted to return them, they charged me 4 dollars for shipping, like it was my fault they messed up. I'm done shopping here for good.
Gift item
I bought a gift from your store not too long ago, but it didn't go as smoothly as I expected. The item I got was wrong, and when I reached out to customer service, they told me I'd have to ship it back on my own dime and then reorder the right item if I wanted it on time. The return options they gave me were gonna end up costing me more than what I originally paid for the item. It was frustrating to see the company not taking responsibility for their mistake, especially since most other stores would cover return costs or at least help out with shipping in similar situations.
Recent order delay
It's really irritating when you order something online and you're expecting it to come in a reasonable time, but then you just get nothing but delays and no updates. Customer service should be a big deal for any company, and when they don't process orders well, it makes the whole experience look bad. In this situation, not hearing anything after being told the order was going to DPD for three days straight is just not okay. It just leaves you feeling kind of stuck and not knowing when or even if you'll ever get what you ordered. This is definitely not the kind of service I'd expect from a good store.
Two pairs of sneakers
I'm really upset about my recent order from this store. I bought two pairs of sneakers but only got one. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email, Instagram, and Facebook, but I haven't heard anything back yet. It's frustrating to spend money on something that didn't come as expected, and it's really annoying that the company isn't responding. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Tracksuit purchase
Hey there, I usually don't bother with leaving reviews, but I had to this time. So, my tracksuit ended up coming in two different packages, like, unnecessary much? It was packed well at least, so that's a plus. It was a bit weird, but no biggie. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but let's ease up on the excessive packaging next time, alright?
Shoes
I had the worst time trying to order shoes from this company. Their website was so frustrating to use, and the shipping company they go with, Aramex, was a total disaster. I placed my order on April 3rd, but it didn't even get shipped out until April 8th, and I didn't get it until April 15th. And then the real troubles began - Aramex just kept refusing to drop it off, and finally, on May 20th, JD hit me up to say the whole thing was lost. And then, to top it off, Aramex messaged me on May 24th to let me know they couldn't find the package and told the sender so. And even with all this mess, JD Sports won't even compensate me for the lost package that Aramex mishandled for over two months.
Bought some cool clothes
The clothes I bought recently were super cool, but returning one item was such a hassle. I had to pay to ship it back, which was a bummer. I don't think I'll shop here again after that experience. I've seen other stores with way better return policies.
Trainers purchase
I bought some sneakers from the store, but man were they crappy when I got them. So I decided to bring them back and it was such a pain. It took a bunch of emails and a whole six weeks before they finally gave me my money back. They kept saying they'd give me something as a nice gesture but it's been forever and I still haven't gotten it. The whole thing was just so annoying and a letdown.
Fraud, lost money
I bought something on June 30th but now I can't even track the package. It really feels like I got ripped off. Just a heads up, be careful when ordering from them.
Got shoes
Whenever I shop at this store, I always end up disappointed. They never send me everything I ordered, sometimes they forget to send it altogether! Running shoes
I just bought a pair of running shoes from this store, and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The delivery was just a tad late, but it was still pretty fast. The shoes were spot on with the description and fit me like a glove. The customer service was great in helping me out, and the prices were fair for what you get. I'd definitely think about coming back here next time I need something.

We had a really bad experience at that store. My wife bought a jacket for our kid, but it was damaged when we checked it at home. The manager was so rude and accused us of messing up the jacket. We felt like we were being treated like we did something wrong just for wanting to exchange a defective item. Online order on Black Friday
I recently made my first online purchase during the Black Friday sale, expecting it to show up in 3-4 days. Unfortunately, I found out that DPD, the courier they use, had lost my package. I had to contact customer service on December 4th to even hear about it. JD Sports didn't keep me in the loop at all, which was frustrating and made me doubt their customer service. I've been trying to get a refund by emailing and calling customer service several times, but each time I get a different answer. Dealing with this has been a pain, and it's disappointing that JD Sports doesn't take responsibility or seem to care about their customers. At this point, I just want my money back since I've accepted that my package is gone. Overall, my first online shopping experience with JD Sports has been really disappointing.
Highly Disappointed with Recent Orders
I've been really frustrated with this company lately. They cancelled my orders five times with no good reason. Plus, three times they sent my stuff back without even asking me. When I asked what was going on, they just gave me some vague excuses about delivery and invoices. It's been a huge waste of my time and I've lost money from getting the wrong refunds. Honestly, I'm super disappointed with how things have been going with them.
