New build issue
I called because my new build was having an issue with the bolt not staying open. Turns out it was the bolt catch thingy, but Talbert helped me out really fast and sent me a new part right away. He didn't even grill me with a bunch of questions, just got straight to helping me. Thanks Talbert for being so awesome!

My first time ordering was kinda confusing. I wasn't sure about all the choices and I ended up skipping the extra fee for worker health & safety. When I tried to get more info, the person helping me was wearing a face mask that didn't seem very helpful.

Xmas gifts ordered in October
I'm really bummed out about how things went down with this company. I ordered a couple small items back in October to give as Christmas presents, but here it is December and I still haven't gotten them. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare - trying to actually get a hold of someone to talk to is like pulling teeth. Every time I call, I'm stuck leaving a message and then waiting forever for them to get back to me. It's super frustrating and totally not cool.

Fragrance purchase from UK
I just bought a perfume from this company and I gotta say, their service really impressed me. Being in the UK, getting fragrances from other countries can be a pain, but Frmoda made it a breeze. Yeah, the delivery costs were pretty steep, but the prices of their products are so good that it balances out. Ordering was smooth sailing and I didn't run into any problems at all. My perfume got here in just over a week, faster than I thought it would. I'm totally gonna keep ordering from them in the future.
