I just tried out this diet meal and let me tell you, it was amazing! The risotto and oatmeal were seriously delicious. I was worried I'd be hungry all the time, but turns out, this meal really hit the spot. Video doorbell purchase
I bought a video doorbell from your store because of a deal I saw, but man, it was a letdown. The video keeps glitching and missing important stuff, like when someone shows up at the door. Even though I was excited about the deal, I totally regret getting this doorbell. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else. Save your cash for something better.

I love everything I got! The shorts fit great and are so comfy, I definitely want them in more colors. The bandeau is super cute and perfect for layering under tops. The bandana adds a nice pop of color to any outfit. My husband really likes his long sleeve button down, it's stylish and comfy. Overall, would highly recommend all the items I got from here!

I just bought some personal checks from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. I recently bought some digital download tickets from an online travel company. But when I got the confirmation email, I was surprised to see that the tickets were actually physical and I had to pick them up somewhere different from where I was going. That wasn't clear when I was making the purchase, and it caused me a ton of trouble. When I tried to call customer service to get a refund, I had a hard time getting through because of some phone problems. And when I finally did reach them, I was bummed out to find out that they wouldn't give me a refund because of their strict 24-hour refund policy. The whole situation left me feeling frustrated and not happy with their service.

I bought some software from this company recently, and man, I am so not happy with it. I kept getting all these warnings about possible threats, but when I checked, my system was all good. And those alerts? They seriously slowed down my computer, and it's been a pain in the butt. It's just kinda sad that a company would do stuff like that to try and sell more of their products.

Change of shipping method
I recently tried ordering something online from this company for the first time, and I ran into a problem with my shipping. So I had to get in touch with the customer service folks for help. I reached out to them the day after I made my order, but let me tell you, they were not helpful at all. The people I talked to online didn't even seem interested or supportive, and one of them actually hung up on me before I could finish explaining what was going on. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't take care of their customers properly like that. It doesn't matter how much they advertise or have rewards programs if they can't give good customer service when it's needed.

Alfio Raldo shoes stained
I recently bought a pair of Alfio Raldo shoes from this store and was bummed when they arrived with stains on the white leather part. I hadn't even worn them yet, they were still in the box, so it was definitely a packaging issue. I contacted customer service about it, but they wouldn't exchange them because it had been over 30 days (4 weeks after delivery). It was a letdown and I won't be buying from them again.

The customer service folks at Korean Air were really great during the whole COVID mess. They helped us out a ton as we dealt with all the travel craziness and restrictions that came with the outbreak. And some of them even remembered us from before, so that made things go smoother. But man, those wait times on the phone were a pain, even though we knew things were nuts.
