Wasn't expecting smooth sailing, but here we are. Setup took maybe ten minutes, and the support actually replied fast — big plus since I've wasted hours waiting with other hosts. The dashboard is simple, I keep poking around and it's still fine. Feels trustworthy, knocks a little stress off my plate.
Still here, honestly
fast responses, quick fixes, stuff actually getting done. Once I had a support chat at like 11pm — customer service stayed with me and actually fixed it, which surprised me. So my domain straight-up vanished
Right as I was updating our homepage, the domain vanished and my inbox went from curious clients to "where's the site?" I use this hosting for invoices, portfolio links, and daily uptime—so it felt like my desk lamp got unplugged. Their site gave zero clues, no phone number, the chat lagged, and I spent days refreshing like a maniac. Oddly, one chat rep actually dug in and returned the domain sooner than the two-month wait they mentioned — that surprised me. Still, stressful and I wouldn't risk it again.
Domain Regrets
you can only change nameservers via a PDF form and support basically admitted those forms are easy to fake, so someone could theoretically take control of your domain. It messed with my email and site availability for days, which was a pain. Other registrars I've used never did this, so yeah, be careful.
Mostly happy, one hiccup

Nameserver drama
I first heard about one of these registrars from a coworker who said it was "cheap and simple," so I transferred my domain to give it a shot. At first it seemed fine, then poof — my actual site disappeared when they swapped nameservers and their marketing splash took over (awkward). Next they asked me to upload my ID in a PDF, wait for some approval, then undo the nameserver change and submit again — also by PDF. It felt like doing paperwork at the DMV, but worse, because this is your domain. I asked how secure those PDF forms are and was told they’re easy to fake, which made me pretty nervous. Other registrars don’t handle things this way; seemed unnecessary and fragile.
Domain transfer process
Dealing with this company during the domain transfer has been a total nightmare. I got caught up in a buy-out and my domains got moved to them, and let me tell you, it's been one big mess. The level of incompetence and lack of customer support I've encountered is off the charts. Not only did they make it super difficult for me to transfer my domains out, but they also asked for a ton of personal info and made me jump through hoops just to access my own stuff. The support team didn't help much and sometimes gave me wrong info, dragging out the whole process. It seriously felt like they were holding my domains hostage. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

I really can't say enough good things about this company, especially when it comes to their customer service. It's just so nice to actually talk to a human when you have questions or problems. They really go the extra mile to make you feel important and not just another number. The employees really know their stuff and are always willing to help out in any way they can. I've never had a bad experience with them, their service is top-notch.
Domain registration nightmare
I can't believe how terrible my experience has been with this domain registrar. I've been waiting for over 16 hours for my domain registration to go through, and every time I contact their support, they give me some lame excuse about the admin team manually processing orders. Like, really? It's 2022, things should be happening instantly, not dragging on like this. I've never seen such a lack of competence and efficiency. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company from hell.
