When I was checking out the website and clicking around, it seemed pretty easy to use. But I did notice one thing that could be better, which is the sales ticket section. It would be helpful if they made it clearer how much of a discount or promotion you're getting when you make a purchase. For instance, I had trouble figuring out if the discount they talked about on the site was actually being taken off my total. Even though I knew about the free shipping deal, it was hard to tell if I was getting the discount for spending a certain amount.

Online courses purchase
I gotta say, I had a really good time with the online courses I bought. Even though some people were talking smack in their reviews, I didn't run into any problems. I enrolled in a bunch of courses and man, they were super interesting and kept me hooked. They had a ton of videos, which I thought was awesome. And honestly, compared to other sites offering the same stuff, I thought these courses were worth the price.

Subscription service disappointment
Although I think the subscription service is a fantastic idea, I can't help but feel let down by the absence of new releases. The policies are good and all, but it seems like I'm not getting much in return for what I'm paying. I'm really hoping that there will be more variety and fresh releases down the line to make the subscription more worthwhile.

Expensive shrunken sweater
I recently splurged on a fancy sweater from this brand, only for it to shrink a ton after I washed it as directed. The sleeves and length shrunk like 6 inches, which totally ruined it for me. I tried leaving a bad review on their site, but it mysteriously didn't show up. I also emailed them about it and got zero response. Needless to say, I'm super let down and won't be buying from them anymore.

Necklace purchase
I bought this necklace not too long ago and man, I ended up super bummed about it. The thing started looking all messed up after just a few months. It was like somebody dipped it in acid or something. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but they told me I had to pay for the shipping to send it back, even though they said they'd cover it at first. When I asked for more info, the supervisor, "Paulina," started talking about checking phone calls to figure out who promised what. It was just a bad experience all around and really disappointing.

I wouldn't suggest buying from this company. The product I got didn't match the photo online at all. It was a hassle trying to get a refund, even though they said they would give me a full credit. I won't be shopping with them in the future, and I have a feeling they might be operating under different names on their site. Just a heads up!

I just bought some beard products from this company and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how top-notch their stuff is. Permanent Ban Account Issue
My experience with the support team at this company was really disappointing. My account got banned out of nowhere and it was super frustrating. When I tried to get some answers and help from the support team, they came at me all aggressive, saying they'd ban my account if I kept asking about it - calling me spam. They totally lacked professionalism and didn't even bother to help me out. It left me feeling let down and unsatisfied with their customer service.
