this is the easiest way I've found to try a bunch of perfumes without wasting cash or time. I started using it in the middle of a hectic semester when I was working full time and taking classes, so popping into stores was out of the question. First impression — the samples arrived well packed and the little sprays actually last; I could wear one for a few weeks and really decide if I wanted a full bottle. Prices feel fair for how much you get, and swapping stuff you don't like is painless. It's not perfect — a couple scents smelled different on me than online and one vial ran low quicker than I expected — but overall it's been super helpful.
Finally made right, after a messy start

Subscription delays
I'm really disappointed with this subscription service. I signed up for 3 months, but only got the first month's box. I extended for another 3 months, paid for the third month 10 days ago, and still no sign of the second box. Their tracking number says it should've come yesterday, but it hasn't. The lack of communication and transparency really gets to me. It feels like they don't care. Customer support is a joke. It takes forever to hear back, and when I do, it's like a robot response that doesn't help at all. Dealing with the delays and terrible service isn't worth the nice product. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.
3 scents & calendar options
I had a really bad experience with this company. The website was super hard to use and the calendar options were all over the place. I thought I picked 3 scents for the first calendar, but I only got 2. I reached out on social media for help and asked for a Mother's Day coupon, but got no answer. I'm in Canada and they won't give me a refund or exchange unless I pay for expensive shipping. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Exchange due to not liking a scent
I really didn't like the smell of the product I received, so I wanted to exchange it, you know? But it turned into a huge mess when the USPS didn't scan my return label for over two weeks, frustrating. And then ScentBox was like, "Hey, where's our stuff?" And I was just there trying to explain that USPS was taking forever. Tracy ended up being super rude and didn't even answer my questions, so rude. The customer service experience was a major letdown. Subscription cancellation
I had a really bad experience with ScentBox. I tried reaching out to customer service several times about my son's subscription, but got no reply. I left voicemails, sent emails, and still didn't hear anything back. It's frustrating to be ignored when trying to cancel a subscription. Because of this, I've decided to go with a different company for fragrance subscriptions. I'm worried about whether we'll get the February shipment that we've already paid for.
