    I'm really disappointed with this subscription service. I signed up for 3 months, but only got the first month's box. I extended for another 3 months, paid for the third month 10 days ago, and still no sign of the second box. Their tracking number says it should've come yesterday, but it hasn't. The lack of communication and transparency really gets to me. It feels like they don't care. Customer support is a joke. It takes forever to hear back, and when I do, it's like a robot response that doesn't help at all. Dealing with the delays and terrible service isn't worth the nice product. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

    3 scents & calendar options

    I had a really bad experience with this company. The website was super hard to use and the calendar options were all over the place. I thought I picked 3 scents for the first calendar, but I only got 2. I reached out on social media for help and asked for a Mother's Day coupon, but got no answer. I'm in Canada and they won't give me a refund or exchange unless I pay for expensive shipping. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

    I was really into this idea of getting a monthly fragrance subscription where I could test out different scents and then buy a full-size bottle of the ones I loved.     I ordered my fragrant products back in November, but they didn't arrive until the end of December! Can you believe that? Plus, I couldn't reach anyone because the contact link on their website was broken. What kind of customer service is that?     I can't get enough of my fragrance subscription! I'm actually part of two different ones, but let me tell you, ScentBox is amazing. I love that I can choose 1, 2, or 3 scents every month - it's awesome. They have a great selection of perfumes from all the top designers and niche houses. And getting a cute travel case with each scent is a nice touch. Shipping is crazy fast, like even faster than when my mom is after me to do my chores. And if you need to take a break or cancel, it's really easy to do. I've been telling all my friends about it - you should definitely give it a shot!

    Exchange due to not liking a scent

    I really didn't like the smell of the product I received, so I wanted to exchange it, you know? But it turned into a huge mess when the USPS didn't scan my return label for over two weeks, frustrating. And then ScentBox was like, "Hey, where's our stuff?" And I was just there trying to explain that USPS was taking forever. Tracy ended up being super rude and didn't even answer my questions, so rude. The customer service experience was a major letdown. I was originally going to go with ScentBox instead of Scentbird, but now I'm having second thoughts all because of Tracy. Thanks a lot for making me doubt my decision, Tracy.

    I had a really bad experience with ScentBox. I tried reaching out to customer service several times about my son's subscription, but got no reply. I left voicemails, sent emails, and still didn't hear anything back. It's frustrating to be ignored when trying to cancel a subscription. Because of this, I've decided to go with a different company for fragrance subscriptions. I'm worried about whether we'll get the February shipment that we've already paid for.

    Delayed order disappointment

    I recently made a purchase from this subscription service and I have to say I was really disappointed with how things turned out. I placed my order on December 8th, thinking it would be shipped out by the 21st. But then on the 21st, I got a message saying there would be a delay of 4-5 business days. So now, something I ordered weeks ago might not get to me until almost a month later, especially with holidays around the corner. I was pretty hyped about this service, but this delay has definitely taken the wind out of my sails.
