I recently bought some organic Chinese tonic herbs and supplements from this company, and I must say I was very impressed with how good their products are. Difficult return process
I recently had a tough time trying to return a product to this company. At first, I couldn't figure out where to send it back, and when I emailed for help, I didn't hear back right away. But after I left a negative review, customer service called me to explain that the delay was because of a holiday weekend. They quickly gave me a refund, which I'm grateful for. Even though the customer service ended up being good, I still think the refund process could be simpler and more convenient for customers. The product itself was top-notch, but unfortunately, it was too small for my needs, so I had to return it. Overall, the experience was a mix of good and bad, but it ended well.

Swim shorts purchase
Don't even bother trying to get a refund from this brand! I got some swim shorts that were just terrible. I sent them back right away in December, but getting my money back has been a real headache. The customer service folks said to wait until mid-January, but when I tried to check on it, they just ghosted me. Luckily, I was able to get my cash back through Amazon, but this whole thing has been a major hassle. Consider yourself warned if you're thinking about buying from this brand.

I gotta say, being a premium ScentBox subscriber has really blown me away. The whole idea and how they actually pull it off is just top-notch. I mean, it's one thing to smell a fragrance sprayed on a little card at a store, but with my subscription, I can actually test out these scents for real and figure out which ones I'm really into. And on top of that, it's super easy to use and helps me create my own collection of scents.

Quality rugs at affordable pricing
I got some really nice rugs from Boutique Rugs at a good price. I bought three of them and was pretty happy with my order. But I had a little problem with one of the rugs. Even so, the customer service people were on it right away and fixed things up in just 24 hours. They gave me another option that worked out well, and made sure I was satisfied with how it all turned out. The rugs showed up quickly and really spiced up my new home look. I'll definitely think about buying from them again next time.

I bought this software's lifetime subscription back in 2008 and I've been using it ever since. I started with the pro version and eventually upgraded to the lifetime subscription at a really good price. I have never regretted investing in this software. What I love the most is that the developers really pay attention to what their customers want. They've added a lot of suggested features in their updates, which make the software even easier to use and more effective. The support on their forum is also top-notch. Plus, this software only takes up a few megabytes of disk space, unlike other companies' software that can be huge.
