Spa is not a very old product of modern age.I like fruity scrub and deep tissue massage as I like mostly.I am also a regular customer of Spa Finder

Spafinder gift card redemption at a spa in Miami
Finally got around to using that Spafinder gift card I had sitting around. Went to a spa in Miami and let me tell you, that massage was incredible. The gift card actually covered the cost of my treatment and tip, so that was a weight off my shoulders. Big thanks to my hubby for the thoughtful gift - it was just what I needed!

Difficulty purchasing digital gift card
I had a really bad time trying to buy a SpaFinder e-gift card online as a Christmas present. My credit cards kept getting denied, and some were rejected right away - showing the problem was on SpaFinder's side, not the banks'. Even though my banks didn't flag anything as fraud, the charges just wouldn't go through. It was all so aggravating and annoying that I've decided to never use this company again.
Replaced malfunctioning gift cards
I had the worst time trying to get my gift cards replaced through customer service. I wanted them to give me one e-gift card to use instead. It took forever, but I finally got it. Now I just hope it actually works when I go to the spa next month for my appointment.
Spa Finder gift cards, pedicures, poor quality services
I recently got some Spa Finder gift cards as gifts and decided to cash in two of them for pedicures at different spots. Unfortunately, both times were a letdown. The pedicures took forever to finish, and the end result was not great. My feet didn't feel smooth, and the nail polish looked sloppy and not very professional. On top of that, the cost was way higher than what I usually pay at my regular salon, which does a much better job for less cash. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Spa Finder based on my experiences with their partner salons. I still have some money left on one of the gift cards, but I definitely won't be using it after these disappointing trips.
$200 gift card for cousin in Las Vegas
I bought a $200 gift card for my cousin in Las Vegas on December 16th, but she still hasn't gotten it. Instead of an order number, I only got a basic "thanks for your purchase" email. I've tried to contact customer service several times, but no one has gotten back to me. My cousin even called them three times, but they keep asking for an order number that I never got. Even when I give them transaction IDs and invoice numbers, they say they can't find my purchase. To make things more confusing, the payment was a direct debit from my bank. The lack of customer service and inability to fix the problem is really frustrating. It's been a disappointing experience, and my cousin's surprise gift got ruined.

Spa gift card redemption issues
I had a really bad time trying to use my spa gift card with this service. Just like a bunch of others, I ran into a really annoying problem where they wouldn't accept my card, and I had to cough up a lot of cash instead. The worst part was that the website said that certain places took the card, only to find out when I got there that they didn't. It was so embarrassing to have to explain the whole thing to the stylist and then have to whip out my credit card. And to top it off, even if the vendor said they took the card, only some stylists actually did, making everything even more confusing and inconvenient. In the end, the whole thing made me feel like I was being treated like a second-class customer just trying to save a few bucks.
Trouble with online credit
I had such a frustrating time trying to use my credit online at the spa. Even though it showed up on their website, it was blocked when I tried to pay in person. I ended up having to call customer service multiple times, and each time I got transferred to a different agent. After being passed around five times, I still couldn't get it resolved. Labor agreement payment hold
What type of companies are Spafinder and Black Hawk Network? Do they really hold back employee pay during something like COVID-19? It's tough for employees who have families to take care of when this happens. It's not just their salaries that are on hold, but also their families' necessities. The way they're treating employees in El Salvador, the UK, USA, and other places is really disappointing.
Terrible experience with fraudulent advertising.
I had a really bad experience with this company. Their customer service was the worst I've ever seen. I got a promo code for Cyber Monday, but when I tried to use it, their system didn't take it. When I contacted customer service, they not only wouldn't honor the promo code but also delayed my refund for 10 days. It was super frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't suggest using this company to anyone because they're not honest and their customer service isn't helpful.
Gift card purchase issue
I bought a SpaFinder gift card for a friend, thinking it would be a nice gift, but it turned out to be a total disaster. Supposedly, the card had $50 on it, but when my friend tried to use it at different spa websites, it didn't work. I contacted SpaFinder for assistance, and they had me going in circles, giving me multiple redemption numbers that didn't work. It was super frustrating and disappointing, and I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone looking to get a spa gift card.
Useless gift cards
I got these SpaFinder gift cards as a gift but they were worthless because no spas near me took them. When I contacted customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all and basically said there was nothing they could do. I wasted over 20 minutes on hold only to realize these gift cards were a total waste of money. If you're thinking about getting gift cards from this company, I suggest avoiding them and going with a more trustworthy place. In my opinion, SpaFinder is just a scam.
