I ordered at the end of March and still no delivery.
The customer service did give me a coupon for the trouble, which is nice and they responded within minutes. BUT why would I want to buy MORE of something I have yet to even try?! I was planning to take them on a trip my son amd I have coming up. That looks like a no go.
Dear Built.... consider using a different shipping company please? Does not matter how good your product is if the vustomers who order never get to try it ...
