Pain relief products
I recently bought some pain relief stuff from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the quality. The stuff really helped ease my pain and I'm thankful for that. But I was kinda bummed when I had to fork over $5.00 for shipping on my last order, especially since I used to get free shipping. Hopefully they'll start up a loyalty program at some point, I've been keeping all the boxes just in case. On a brighter note, I got $20.00 off for taking a survey, which was a nice little surprise. Overall, I'm happy with the products but the shipping cost was a bit of a downer.

Credit score improvement
My credit score has gotten a lot better, all thanks to the help I got from Self. They've been awesome in helping me stay on track with my payments and boosting my credit. I've been making payments on time for a whole year, and because of that, I was given the choice to take back the money or use it to get a credit card. I decided to go with the credit card option, which helped me keep my account active and set me up with a solid credit history. And the best part is, after a year of on-time payments, Self even gave me back the money I put down for the credit card. It was a huge win for me.

Super cool watch
Dude, check out this sick watch I snagged. When I first saw the price, I was like, dang, that's steep! But then I remembered how much I dig planes and all that, so I was like, screw it, I'm getting it. I checked out all the reviews and folks were like, totally worth it, so I pulled the trigger. And let me tell ya, it's legit! I went with the black and grey model with the fancy titanium band because it goes with everything. It's rugged and cool, man, I can't stop looking at it. From far away, it looks tough as nails, but up close, it's just so classy. Absolutely love it.

Comfortable strapless bra

I bought a diffuser from this company and it was a really bad experience. I bought the diffuser for $200 two months ago and never got it. I tried calling customer service and even filed a claim, but I never heard back from them. It was so frustrating and disappointing.

Lawn mower part
Ordered part, no delivery after 12 days. Canceled order, service agent said order was canceled would receive refund in 5 to 7 business days (I have the transcripts of the conversation) Get an e-mail 2DAYS LATER, the part has shipped. Get online and informed you can not cancel an order unless within 1 hour of placing order. Now I must PAY return shipping! Ordered the part from another vendor for less money and it shipped the NEXT day! No wonder why Sears is going out of business. Service agents are courteous but not as knowledgeable as should be. Supply logistics are screwed up.
