My experience with the lending agent was pretty good overall. I really liked being able to talk to someone directly and get my questions answered quickly. But, there were a few things that made me a bit anxious during the whole thing. There was some confusion about which appraiser to contact, so there were some delays and extra back and forth. Also, even after I uploaded all the documents I was asked for, I kept getting asked for the same ones multiple times, which was annoying and took up a lot of my time. The closing was supposed to be at 2PM, but the approval process ended up taking longer than expected, causing even more delays. It felt like there wasn't great communication and coordination within the company, which made everything way more stressful than it had to be.

New Silver is a solid company, but they should really think about offering full financing or payment plans with no interest to keep clients coming back. Developers shouldn't have to shell out their own money to seal the deal. If New Silver can incorporate everything into the agreement and delay interest payments until the property sells, that would definitely ensure developer loyalty. I might start looking into other lenders who provide these kinds of perks.
