I just bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the quality. The prices were great and who doesn't love free shipping, right? Had a little hiccup with the delivery, but Gwen from customer service really came through and helped me out. Overall, I had a good experience and I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Double purchase of tickets
I was pretty upset when I realized I bought two sets of tickets for the same event by mistake. I had to just keep one set and ended up spending more money than I needed to. The fact that the customer service was no help at all and they wouldn't give me a refund or let me exchange the tickets just made me even more annoyed. I felt like I got ripped off and I definitely won't be using this platform again.
