Pickleball tournament ticket purchase
I was so pumped to go to a pickleball tournament and bought the tickets with a gift card I had. But man, those ticket fees were crazy high. They told me the tickets would be at my door two days before the tournament, but they didn't show up. It was only after I contacted customer service that they said the tickets would arrive 24 hours before the event. Then, the day of the tournament, I got an email saying my order got canceled. I did get my credit card money back plus the gift card amount. This whole mess has me thinking twice about using this platform again for my ticket needs, especially after they let me down by canceling on the day of the event.
Concert Tickets, Adam Lambert and Queen in Phila. Pa.
I recently bought two tickets for the Adam Lambert and Queen concert in Philly for a total of $730. The tickets came with insurance, service fees, and taxes included. But man, when we got there, we realized our seats were obstructed view seats! We got those tickets way back in advance, like six months ago, so it was a bummer to find out about this so late. There was this huge T-bar with lights and speakers blocking most of our view, which was super annoying. I think if we're gonna get obstructed view seats, they should be cheaper, not at a higher price! And to top it off, it was rough to see discounted prices for better seats just a week before the show.

I placed my order on 9/11 and I'm still waiting for my tickets. It's getting ridiculous! I've seen a ton of negative reviews about this company possibly being a scam, and it's making sense now. Seriously, how difficult is it to just email tickets within a reasonable time frame? I'm not willing to take the chance of showing up to the event with fake tickets and dealing with the headache of trying to get a refund. If I don't hear back from customer service soon, I'll definitely take some action.
Golf tournament tickets purchased
My friends and I bought tickets to a golf tournament a couple of weeks ago, and we were supposed to get e-tickets by the Thursday before the event. But surprise, surprise - come Friday, the day before the tournament, we get a message saying they couldn't find our tickets. And get this, they were still selling similar tickets on their website! All we got was an offer for a refund, which was pretty annoying and left us in a panic trying to find another way in. The whole thing felt like a total rip-off, so I'd say steer clear of this site in the future.
Concert ticket purchase for April
I just bought tickets for a concert happening in April, and I gotta admit, I'm feeling a little uneasy after checking out some reviews. So, I clicked on a link for Ticket Master, and it took me to a totally different site that I wasn't prepared for. The biggest thing that's got me worried is that there's no customer service number listed on the website. Kinda makes me nervous, you know?
Got the wrong seats
I was expecting to sit on the right side of the stage, but they ended up putting me on the left! They called it an "upgrade," but I'm not convinced it's a good spot. It feels like they make decisions for me without asking.
VIP ticket purchase for concert in Spokane
I bought some VIP tickets for a concert in Spokane on this platform. But when I got there, I realized my seats were not actually VIP like I thought. They were general admission seats behind the VIP section, even though I paid extra for VIP seats in rows 1-8. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they just brushed me off and said they aren't responsible for the tickets they sell. I was really let down by their lack of accountability. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying tickets on this site, maybe look at other options to avoid getting disappointed like I did.

I was so impressed with the customer service I got from this company. When I had a problem with my purchase, the customer service team jumped right in and fixed it quickly. They were really on top of things, knew what they were talking about, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy. I felt like they were going out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.
Jeff Dunham ticket purchase
I recently bought tickets for a Jeff Dunham show happening in November 2021. I first got them back in October 2019, but with all the show date changes because of Covid-19, getting updated tickets was a bit of a problem for me before the new date. Even though I tried my best to get the tickets, I couldn't get them in time for the show. So, I decided to contact customer service and ask for a refund since I couldn't go to the event without the tickets. At first, they told me they couldn't cancel or refund the order as per the terms and conditions. But, after a few more emails explaining my situation, I was happily surprised to get a full refund two weeks later. I really appreciate how the customer service team understood my issue and took care of it in the end.
Grandstand tickets for Montreal Grand Prix
I ordered these awesome tickets for the Montreal Grand Prix and I was so excited to go. But then, I got sent different tickets out of nowhere! Can you believe it? I already had my hotel booked and everything. I was super frustrated because this weekend trip is costing me a lot of money and all they offered was a small discount. Totally not cool. Oh well, at least they ended up refunding me. But now they're selling the tickets I originally wanted for way more money. Ugh, frustrating.
Overpriced Willie Nelson concert tickets
I bought tickets to see Willie Nelson in concert like seven months ago for a hefty $700. The deal was that the tickets would show up at my door just two days before the big event. But when the concert came around, I had zilch in my hand - no tickets. It's aggravating to see other folks posting the same kinds of problems in their reviews, without any changes happening in the service. My suggestion would be to steer clear of this company if you can, but the sucky part is you don't know until it's too late and you've already forked over your cash for tickets.
Phillies vs. Los Angeles Angels tickets
I bought tickets to catch the Phillies playing against the Los Angeles Angels, but I never got any email confirming my order or any PIN or verification. They already charged my credit card, but when I tried calling TicketNetwork, no one answered. They claim they have no record of my purchase, and they couldn't explain why they charged me. I wouldn't recommend using them!
Double purchase of tickets
I was pretty upset when I realized I bought two sets of tickets for the same event by mistake. I had to just keep one set and ended up spending more money than I needed to. Accidental Purchase
This company is totally fake. They make it seem like they're a legit place to buy tickets, but it's all lies and tricks. I made a mistake buying from them and it turned into a total nightmare when I tried to fix it. The customer service was no help at all and they use sketchy tactics. They advertise tickets that you can't even get until the last minute, and force you to sell them on their site only. It's a disaster waiting to happen.
NYC Basketball Game Tickets
I just bought some tickets for a basketball game at Barclays Center in NYC while I was on vacation from Brazil. It was super easy to get the tickets, no problems at all. I purchased some tickets, but then I had to cancel, and they wouldn't allow it! They even hung up on me when I called for help. I'm so angry!
Late ticket delivery
I had a bad time with getting my ticket from this platform. It's two hours before tonight's show, and I still don't have my ticket even though they said I would get it at 5pm. Instead, I got a refund notice, which I didn't ask for. This has never happened to me with other places I've bought tickets from, and this was my first time using this service. I won't be using them again, especially since I already got tickets for the same show from places like Vivid Seats and Stub Hub.
Easy and all time availability of tickets for all major events
It is tough to get hold of any one particular spot where you can book all kind of tickets, from musical concerts to various other shows in live events. Very few offer full coverage there. I use to switch between multiple booking platforms for that Until I found ticketnetwork.
