Lounge Chair
I bought a lounge chair from this store not too long ago, and I gotta tell ya, I'm really unhappy with it. I paid over $300 for it, and now, just a year later, the chair's falling apart. It's even starting to seem unsafe to sit on. Not only is it low quality, but it could also be dangerous. I've got some pictures to show you just how bad it is.

Corporate password manager
I've been using the corporate password manager for a while now, and I gotta say, I think it's great. I recommended it to our IT department for our company, and the switch to using it in a corporate setting has been really seamless. Our team is happy with all the features and security it provides. For me personally, I find the platform super easy to use and reliable for both work and personal stuff. Overall, I'm really happy with the product and how well it's been working for us.

Order split into multiple shipments
I recently bought some stuff from that place and got a bunch of different things. I thought I'd have to wait for everything to be ready, but they actually sent out separate packages, which was pretty nice. The only problem was when I tried to use a promo code for a free item that came out later, it didn't work. I tried a bunch of times, but couldn't get it to work on my order. I got in touch with their customer service team, though, and they helped me out by putting in the free order for me. It was cool of them to do that, but it'd be awesome if they fixed the issue with the promo codes so things go more smoothly next time.

I purchased some tickets, but then I had to cancel, and they wouldn't allow it! They even hung up on me when I called for help. I'm so angry!

Clothes
I ordered from chic me for my first time because the clothes looks good, don't know what it's gonna look like when I receive it.
So far it's been three weeks since I'm waiting for my package every time I try to track my order it keep saying the same thing it's on its way.
The status don't seem to be moving at all.
It's very frustrating so far it hasn't been a good shopping experience for me. I don't think I'd shop with them again, I'll stick with Fashionova I just ordered with them 3 days ago and I track my package it'll be here 3 days from today.
Don't be too quick to order from chic me.
What’s most frustrating is that the shipping is never accurate. It can take up to a month to get your order. So now that I know that, I don’t get frustrated . Everything I’ve order I have been pleased with. Sizing has been accurate overall. I contact to buy from them, and other sites with the catchy names.Ya gotta remember these are Asian sites, and with mail being really slow right now, it’s gonna take longer .
