Software troubles
Your software is moving so slow, it's like a turtle trying to win a race! It keeps freezing on us in the office and even on different computers outside of it. It's really frustrating! Plus, why does it take forever to process transactions from years ago? We pay good money for this service, shouldn't your servers be able to handle it better? Oh, and don't even get me started on how the software doesn't update the payment amount in the ledger - come on, show me the money I just put in! And our maintenance team? Sometimes they can add pictures to work orders without a hitch, but other times it's like the software just decides to take a break. It feels like a game of chance every day with Buildium - will it work or not?
Transition to new property management software
Our experience with the new property management software hasn't been great so far. The training courses they offer are helpful, but the customer service and support team have really dropped the ball. We tried implementing epay a month ago, but it's still not working right. The compliance team has been slow to help and their answers are short and not very useful. Other support teams also haven't been quick to respond or give us the help we need. We might have to go back to using paper checks for our tenants this month, even though we switched to this software over a month ago. All in all, it's been a frustrating and disappointing situation for us.
Software setup experience
I thought the software worked pretty well, but man, getting it all set up was a total drag. It was such a pain trying to figure things out without much help from the specialists. Scheduling appointments was a nightmare, they were so few and far between that it took forever to finally get everything running smoothly.
Asset management software
We've been using this asset management software for almost a year, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for us. The user-friendly interface, the helpful support team, the smooth application process, and the option to e-lease have all made a huge difference in how we work. Seriously, if you're on the fence about trying it out, don't wait any longer. Just go for it - you'll be glad you did!
Online payment and account viewing
We really love the online payment and reporting options for our tenants and owners. Learning the system has been pretty enjoyable and we totally recommend it to others. We wish we had started using it sooner - it's going to be a fantastic addition to our expanding business!
Software platform for property management
I've been using this property management software for over ten years now, and I gotta say, I'm starting to get a little worried. The new features they've been promising have been delayed for years, and when they finally do come out, they're usually full of bugs and not very easy to use. And to make matters worse, they've been making changes to their listing syndications without giving us a heads up, causing some big problems for me and my business. I'm really hoping they make some improvements soon.
Streamlined tenant management
This system is really user-friendly, I'm a fan! The folks on the phone support are really helpful whenever I hit a snag. I do wish everything for each tenant was all in one place, instead of having to bounce around between sections. It's a pain having to download and upload just to access one tenant's file.
Software setup and support
In my opinion, the software was okay once I got it all set up, but the initial setup was pretty tough and the customer support wasn't great. It seemed like the support team was outsourced and didn't take responsibility or follow up well. I think there are other options out there that are cheaper, but offer just as good software with better setup and support.
Landlord software
I really used to like Buildium, but now I'm not a big fan anymore. I wouldn't recommend it to new landlords because the background search feature is all messed up since they switched to a new provider. It's just not working well at all.
International customer experience
As an international customer using the site, I thought it was great overall. But there were some things that didn't really work for me as a Canadian. I noticed that the services didn't really cover what Canadian clients need, especially when it comes to our tax system and not being able to accept tenant payments by credit card in Canada. It would be helpful if these things were fixed in the future to make sure more customers are taken care of.
Property management software
I was really looking forward to using this property management software, but it ended up not meeting my expectations. I had asked for detailed utility invoices, but all I only got a brief summary that didn't have the important information I needed to manage my properties well. I was disappointed that my needs weren't taken seriously, and it stopped me from being able to fully use the software like I had hoped.
Bad experience
This company has terrible service all around! One of their sales guys straight up lied to me about their software connecting with my credit cards. When I tried to back out, he was nowhere to be found. The customer service team said they canceled my subscription and promised a refund, but I haven't seen a dime. And now they're trying to bill me again, even though I have proof that I canceled. Can you believe it?
Fantastic software but needs improvements
The software we're using has really helped our office run smoother, but there are a few problems we need to fix. The reports aren't always correct when showing split figures for properties, which can be confusing for the owners. We've also had some trouble with lease renewals and default letters, but we've been able to make adjustments as needed.
Tedious manual bill assignment
Handling several multifamily properties can be a real pain when it comes to sorting out who needs to pay what. The platform I use doesn't let me easily assign bills to specific units, so I end up having to put together lengthy Excel reports every month. It's a real hassle and takes up a lot of time, making my workload even heavier. If there's a way to make this whole process easier, it should be more user-friendly for folks like me.
Property management tool
I love using this tool for managing all my properties. It's not as user-friendly as Quickbooks for money stuff, but I manage to keep everything updated. Renewing leases can be a bit tricky sometimes, but I always find a way. My favorite part is being able to track maintenance requests and send work orders to vendors.
Fancy software with cool features
This software is really cool and anyone can use it, even if you're not great with tech. The more you use it, the better it gets. You can pay online, deal with documents, and even create leases with this awesome product. It keeps improving with new features being added regularly, and there are helpful videos to get you started and learning to use it easily.
Annual subscription
At first, I really liked the software and thought it was easy to use. But then things went downhill with the company. They asked for my credit card or bank info, then changed their fees without telling me. I paid almost $2000 for a year-long subscription, thinking I wouldn't have to worry about extra fees. But 6 months later, they started charging me for those fees. When I complained to customer service, they weren't helpful at all and just said they could change fees whenever they wanted. It feels like I'm stuck in a contract where they can raise prices however they please. This switcheroo tactic is really frustrating and unfair. If I had known about this beforehand, I would have gone somewhere else. I can't recommend this company to anyone.
Property management software experience
I've been using the property management software for about two months now and I have to say, getting started with it was really smooth. The customer support on this platform is top-notch, way better than other services out there. But I do think there are a few features that are missing that I hope they add in the future. Even so, I can tell that the platform is always improving and making progress, which is a good sign. All in all, I feel like this is a platform I can keep using and growing with.
Overpriced and Disappointing Services
I had a really frustrating experience with that property management software. Their customer service was pretty bad – had to wait forever just to talk to someone who could actually solve my problems. The extra services they try to sell you are not that great, and they don’t really have much say in how partner companies treat their customers. To be honest, I wouldn’t suggest using this software.

It's awesome how Works like magic has been helping me handle all my school assignments and projects stress-free. Before, I really struggled with keeping everything organized, but now it's so much simpler. I can get my work done quicker and still have extra time to chill with my friends. Huge thanks to Works like magic!
