What we like best
Using a new software comes with its fair share of challenges, not this one. Before I started using the Buildium software I joined their online academy. The online portal offers video training and quizzes to confirm you've understood how to use the Buildium software. Just like any cloud-based system, Buildium comes with an integrated email, and integrated text message to ease communication with customers. In addition, the software can archive, organize, and capture text message conversations, which is vital.
What I dislike
It's very odd how such software has adopted charts from account numbers for their accounting system. Despite this oddity, it's still awesome software.
