The document software on this platform was really frustrating and full of errors. It would randomly delete words, mark correctly spelled words as wrong, and add extra spaces for no reason. It was just a hassle to use and not reliable at all. Also, the job section just had links to other websites like Indeed, which I could already use for free. The messaging system was slow and there was a long wait time for responses. Maybe because of the holiday season, but it showed that the site didn't have enough resources. Despite all these problems, they did stick to their refund policy, so that's one good thing about my experience.

I splurged on these crazy expensive shoes like two weeks back which, like, feels like forever in my 12-year-old life. Every time I call, the people on the phone are all saying different things. One person tells me my shoes are already on their way, another says they'll be sent out tomorrow, and then someone else says they haven't even been picked up yet. Seriously, just tell me what's up! And don't even get me started on how they never call back like they promise. It's like, do you even know how to use a phone? 🙄 I've ordered from other high-end brands, like some sparkly red-bottom shoes from Italy, and they got to me in just 3-4 days! What's Burberry's excuse?
