Small ring purchase
I bought a ring from here recently, and honestly, I was pretty let down. The ring turned out to be much smaller than I thought it would be. I wasn't looking for massive stones or anything, but I did expect the whole ring to be bigger. Plus, the quality just wasn't there - it felt kind of flimsy and cheap. Overall, I wasn't happy with what I got at all.
Jewelry
As someone who used to work as a professional goldsmith, I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed with how much this store is charging for their jewelry. I mean, the prices they're asking for lab-grown diamonds are just crazy high. It's kind of funny, actually. I know from my own experience that natural diamonds aren't worth nearly as much as they're trying to make us believe. And the mark-up on lab-grown diamonds? It's just not fair.
If you ask me, you should go for cubic zirconia instead. Trust me, you won't be able to tell the difference from far away. And don't even get me started on the prices for the settings. It's just ridiculous. There's no reason to charge so much for simple designs that don't require a ton of work or fancy materials. I still have friends in the gold and silver industry, and I can tell you for sure that the actual cost of making these pieces doesn't match up with what they're charging.Cheap jewelry purchase

I just bought a crystal figurine from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the condition it was in when it showed up. There was a bunch of sticky tape residue on the bottom, which makes me think it wasn't brand new. And to top it off, when I finally got it all cleaned up, I found scratches on the side that look like they were caused by someone being careless with it before. I'm pretty bummed about the whole situation and it definitely makes me not want to buy anything else from them in the future.

I bought a diamond necklace from this company not too long ago, and even though the necklace was stunning, the customer service I received was pretty disappointing. I asked for a paper label to be sent to me so I could return the necklace, and I couldn't believe it when they told me they usually only do that for fancy customers. Their snobby attitude really turned me off, so I don't plan on shopping with them again. It's a shame to see a company care more about saving money than taking care of their customers.

Ring sizing issue
I recently bought a ring from this store, and unfortunately, had a problem with the size. I ordered a size 8, thinking it would fit my ring size of 7, but it turned out to be way too small. I could barely get it off my finger and realized I needed to order a size 9. Because of this, I had to return the ring, along with the other rings I bought from the store because I wasn't sure about the sizing. I'm waiting to hear back about the other two orders. Despite the size issue, I have to say the quality of the products is really good and the return process was simple and efficient, with quick refunds.
