Baby crib
I just bought a baby crib from Kidsroom and, unfortunately, there was a problem with it that wasn't their fault. But let me tell you, the customer service from Melanie was top-notch. She really went above and beyond to help me out, making sure I got a new crib quickly. The communication during the whole thing was great, and I felt really well looked after as a customer.

Electric bike purchase
I recently bought an electric bike from this company and man, what a mess. It worked for a bit, but then the motor and other parts started acting up. I contacted customer service for help and they did try to send me replacements, but every replacement had its own issues. It was a never-ending cycle of getting faulty parts and dealing with things not working right. The last straw was when I bought a wheel at full price only to find out it had gear defects. Not only that, the controller was melting inside, which could have been super dangerous. Luckily, a third-party service caught it during an inspection. I ended up getting an e-bike kit from a different company because this one just couldn't get it together when it came to quality.

Gift subscription upgrade
I just bumped up my son's gift subscription, he's a Trooper with the Kansas Highway Patrol in the Emergency Services/SRT Unit. I actually got him the subscription over a year ago, and this year I thought I'd upgrade it. The whole way through, Cain B was super helpful, patient, and nice. He walked me through the whole upgrade, making sure everything went smoothly. I really value his help and how professional he was.

Shoes way too small horrible return issue
Horrible return policy... I paid $70;for 2 pair of shoes then they were too small..
Tried to return them international shipping $68! I’ll never order from them again hence why I don’t buy cheap shoes! And yes I ordered my correct size the cut is extremely tight both pair , never again
