Kids Gift
I just bought a gift for my brother's kid from this store and everything went really well. Ordering was easy, the service was great, the prices were good, and the delivery came right on time, no issues at all. The present got to my brother's kid in perfect shape and right when it was supposed to.
first time ordering online from a German website
I recently bought some awesome things from Kidsroom for the first time, and it was also my first time shopping on a German website. The customer support team was really helpful and they quickly answered all my questions. It did take a little while for my order to arrive here in the good ol' USA, but it was definitely worth the wait. Shopping at Kidsroom was an awesome experience and I'm looking forward to ordering from them again. I'll definitely be spreading the word to all my friends!
Door to door delivery issue
I ordered something and paid for door-to-door delivery, but then I got an email saying they couldn't bring it to my house. I had to drive all the way to the airport to pick it up. Totally not cool, dude. I ordered something like this before and never had trouble getting it delivered to my doorstep. Such a waste of money and time.
Baby stroller
I shop online a lot, and recently I bought a baby stroller from Kidsroom. Their website was easy to use, and I found what I wanted without any trouble. The ordering process went smoothly, and I got a confirmation email right away. But when I went to pick up the stroller, I was surprised to learn that the price didn't include customs fees, which wasn't clearly stated on the website. This made the total cost more than if I had bought the stroller locally. When I buy stuff from Amazon Germany, they always tell me upfront in the description if there are any customs fees, so there are no surprises. My advice to Kidsroom would be to be more transparent about additional costs to avoid confusing customers in the future. Overall, the service was okay, but the pricing issue left me a little disappointed with the whole experience.
CHICCO Baby Hug 4 in 1 purchase
I recently got the CHICCO Baby Hug 4 in 1 and it was a bummer because it arrived in pretty bad shape. The box was torn up and the product had scratches and broken bits. It was clear that it had rough handling during shipping or even before that. As a customer, it was a letdown to get something that wasn't in perfect, brand new condition.
Child seat purchase
I couldn't find the child seat I needed in Japan, so I reached out to Kidsroom for assistance. Their website was simple to use, and I quickly found the seat I was looking for in stock. Checking out was a breeze, unlike some other online stores I've used before. I was shocked when the seat arrived at my door in less than a week, much faster than I thought. And to top it off, the price was even lower than on Amazon. I was really happy with the whole experience.
Home delivery service
I just bought something from an online store and had it delivered to my house. The customer service folks were fast at answering my questions and gave me the tracking info I needed. But I was kind of taken aback when I found out I had to pay extra for delivery, even though I thought I had already paid for it when I made the order.
Baby high chair purchase
As a parent living in Australia, I had a tough time finding a store that would sell and ship a baby high chair to me. After looking around, I found Kidsroom and decided to give them a shot. I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything was. Once I placed my order, they sent me tracking info right when the courier picked it up. The best part was they waited to send my order until the color I wanted was back in stock, instead of just canceling it like other places might. Plus, their shipping costs weren't crazy high like some other stores. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely shop with them again.
Baby crib
I just bought a baby crib from Kidsroom and, unfortunately, there was a problem with it that wasn't their fault. But let me tell you, the customer service from Melanie was top-notch. She really went above and beyond to help me out, making sure I got a new crib quickly. The communication during the whole thing was great, and I felt really well looked after as a customer.
International shipping made easy
I'm from Gibraltar, and let me tell you, it's always been a hassle to get things delivered here. But you know what? Kidsroom really came through and made it easy for me. Their international shipping is top-notch - fast and affordable. I would totally suggest them to anyone needing stuff sent overseas.

I wasn't sure about ordering a car seat online and having it delivered internationally, but I have to say, the team provided excellent service and communication. Ride-on suitcase purchase
I recently bought a ride-on suitcase from Kidsroom and it was a great experience. Lately I've had trouble with international purchases, but this time the package arrived right on time. The suitcase is really strong and well-made, which was super important to me. And my kiddo absolutely loves using it as a ride-on suitcase, way better than I expected.
Bought crib, ISOFIX for car, accessories
I ordered from Kidsroom and it was awesome! I got a crib, ISOFIX for my car, and some accessories and they all came in perfect condition. The prices were great and I will definitely order from them again! The only thing is, if you need your stuff really quick, it might not be the best choice because the delivery can take a while, especially to Malta.
Baby stuff - Good quality, cheap, great service
I got a food maker, some bottles, and a bike, and they're all really great. The service here is super fast and the staff is super friendly. You won't find prices lower than here. It did take a bit to get my stuff in the mail, but that's on the mail people, not Kidsroom.
Fast shopping, delayed at customs
My experience at Kidsroom was pretty smooth overall, but I hit a little snag when my package got held up at customs. It seemed like there was some confusion because the labeling wasn't very clear. It would make things a lot easier if each item I buy is labeled properly next time.
New toy
I just got this new toy from here and let me tell ya, it's so cool! The price wasn't bad at all, but the shipping cost was a bit steep and the box was way bigger than it needed to be for the toy. Still, I think it was worth it cause the toy was brand spanking new and just plain awesome!
Large CAR SEAT order
I recently bought some car seats from this website and I am super happy with the service and the products I got. The website was upfront and honest about how long shipping would take, which was important for me since I'm ordering internationally. The order came in two shipments, just like they said it would, and everything was in perfect shape. I recommend ordering in advance because the shipping date listed is based on their country, not the US. It's good to keep in mind that customs can slow things down. But each item came with a tracking number, so I was able to see where my order was at all times. My overall experience was definitely a 10/10 and I would totally shop here again.
Britax Römer car seat and base
Wow, KidsRoom did an amazing job with keeping me updated on the shipment of my Britax Römer car seat and base. I never had to worry about where or when it would arrive because they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their selection is fantastic, and I'll definitely be returning for all my crib and car seat needs. Thanks for providing such a high-quality product!
Special brand items
I've bought a bunch of stuff from KidsRoom, mainly because they have cool brands that I can't find here. Shipping can be a bit slow sometimes, but I've learned to place my orders early, especially before the holidays, so I don't get stuck waiting. I really like that they offer worldwide shipping - it's awesome to be able to buy things that aren't usually available where I live.
Stroller
1- They said on the website 1 to 2 weeks.
2- They only delivered our stroller 2 weeks after purchase (+ 1200 EUROS!) WHEN WE CHASED them by email!
3- We are MORE than one month later and we still do not have the products (our baby girl was born 3 weeks ago)
4- Customer service is copy-pasting the same answer to get rid of the request
Worst buy of 2023 so far, We will make sure our network knows and will follow-up with legal steps on this
