Necessary health tests, reasonable price, annoying sales tactics
I went to get a health check at this spot recently, and even though the tests were necessary, the whole thing felt kinda meh. The cost was reasonable, but the way they gave me my results was not so great. I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would for my appointment, and they didn't even have any social distancing happening, even though I got there early. And to top it off, the people there kept bugging me to buy stuff I didn't want. It was annoying.

I am so mad at this company right now. Like, how can they keep taking orders from outside the country when they haven't been able to actually deliver them for a whole year? It's just not right. I've been emailing them over and over asking for info and they aren't saying anything back. It's like they either don't care about us at all or they're straight up trying to scam us. It's too bad because the product is actually really good, but the service is just a disaster. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company.

Fruit box purchase
I'm a customer at Frog Hollow Farm and recently I bought a fruit box for a friend's birthday. But man, it was a bummer when the fruit showed up all green and never ripened, even after a few days. It's a letdown since the whole point of sending fruit as a gift is to give something fresh and tasty. And to top it off, they don't even do refunds, even if the fruit is inedible! That's just not cool for a company that brags about having top-notch products and customer service.
