    Amp, bag, headphones.

    Placed order , got confirmation email stating delivery would be april 2, follow up email stating shipment delayed at customs and should be delivered around April 07, 2021. Received amp, bag and headphones on April 11, 2021.
    My personal dealing with this purchase proved professional and straight forward. I have no complaints with the purchase or receiving aspect of the deal. Cannot attest to the quality of product but it looks to be as advertised. Time will tell. As of now , I am completely satisfied with transaction.

    Ordered Dec 15, received Dec 21. Carrying case was included. Grounded power supply, no hum issues as have been reported by others. Don't know about their customer service but technical support using their chat function has been excellent. Great little amp. Having a lot of fun with it.

    Order placed jan2021 order arived in drips and drabs in march orderd amp bag strap and head phones.... Still no headphones april 7th 2021 a tad shabby to say the least I mean we know corvid can cause delays but this is total shit

    The products seem to work well but their customer support is practically non-existent and is well known as such. My Spark Control never came with a cable to charge and I have had no luck getting such a simple thing resolved with their customer service. Returns within 30 days require all original packaging including even original shipping material/outer-box. I also am not confident a return would go through with them successfully.

And again slow response time company is ridiculous.

    I ordered the Spark for my son for Christmas and accidentally put the wrong house number on the shipping form. I checked the status of my order and it showed that it had not shipped so I contacted Positive Grid immediately. It took 2 days for someone to get back to me and when they did they told me that the address was corrected and sent me what I believed to be a copy. Turns out they lied. My order had already shipped and delivered to the wrong address. I paid for the signature at delivery and the person who signed for it didn’t even spell the name right. Now I am out the money and someone else got my son’s Christmas gift!

    Wow! I thought mine was bad... I’m so sorry! Mine isn’t arriving until after Christmas, these people suck

    This is a CAVEAT for all re: the Spark amp. PG's handling of my direct purchase has been ATROCIOUS! #1 - it arrived and on first plug in had such a horrible noise (ungrounded sound) that would not go away. Amp is compact enough but the settings are not that great and changing from one to another requires a complete reset of all levels. Requested an RA immediately for return and it was like pulling teeth. Finally (3 weeks later after multiple promises by multiple "customer service reps") got one and have now am getting no replies or response on WHEN they will refund my money (also promised weeks ago). A NIGHTMARE.

    Worst customer service ever

    I have a similar experience as others on this site. Ordered my Spark at the end of January, received it at the end of June. It worked for one week and then broke.

    Contacted support who said they would send out replacement in 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass and nothing. I contact support again and finally after 6 weeks get an RMA return shipping slip and a tracking number for the replacement. The broken amp was picked up, but no replacement in sight.

    Tried to track the replacement and it only shipped 8 days after the tracking number was created. Only to find it is not shipping to me at all, but some place else in CA. I've contacted support numerous times and they rarely respond. I even asked for a refund and that ticket was closed and rolled into my original ticket.

    I'm at the point where I feel I need to call my credit card company and also report PG to the California Dept of Consumer Affairs. I'd be happy with refund at this point. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company.

    orderered on feb8th no confirmation received on feb10th coupon for my first purchase with them.wanting the product i ordered on feb 16th got immediate confirmation. Good i will get one.no i whas charged for 2 and sent request for refund for 1 that wasnt confirmed and no response after a week .not a pleasant expérience and will spend the time trying to reach out to them to relate my expérience instead

    Don't order this!!! They lie you won't receive the amp.waited 3 months they would say 0 next mo then next mo . You won't receive your order there lying about delivery. Not sure what there doing or how they are in business!!!! The stars that they have you secrecy won't let you hit the Lowest star. I selected would not let me hit the one poor star they have it rigged so it hits two stars not one
