Quality wig
I recently won a giveaway from this company and had a really good experience with their customer service. I asked for a different wig than the one they originally said was included, and they were super nice about it and quickly sent me the one I wanted. It got to me in Italy all the way from China in just a week. The wig was really nice quality and they even threw in a free wig cap, which was a nice surprise.

Online order using a coupon
I got this email with a $10 off coupon and when I tried to use it, it said it was expired even though it wasn't! I decided to go ahead and place my order anyway, and then I sent them an email with proof that the coupon was still valid. They took forever to respond and basically told me tough luck, even though it was their mistake. So, just a heads up, don't waste your time trying to use their coupons because they won't be any help to you.

Mother's Day gift never received
I bought a Mother's Day present for someone special, but it never showed up. I tried emailing and calling the company several times, even left messages, but got zero response. It was so disappointing and annoying not only to have the gift missing but also to have no one reach out from the company. I had to get in touch with my credit card company to fight the charge, and now I have to hurry to find a new gift, which is gonna be late now.

I bought something online and paid extra for fast shipping, but it still hasn't been sent a whole week later. The customer service people couldn't really help and didn't have any answers about why my order is taking so long.
