I got this thing from that store and when I tried to send it back, they couldn't find my return because of some stupid red card issue. I gave them a call and they told me they were waiting on their Operations Team, but I still haven't seen my money back. Now I have to go through the hassle of a small claims court. Ugh.

Oh my gosh, have you checked out En Route Jewelry? They have the cutest earrings, I got a pair and they are seriously so sparkly. But then, one of them broke and I was freaking out. Cocktail dress purchase
The cocktail dress is so pretty and got here right on time, but man, I was let down by how it was delivered. The plastic bag it came in looked all old and beat up, and the hanger was totally busted. I feel like a fancy dress like that should have been packaged up real nice to make sure it didn't get messed up on its way to me. Instead, it was just tossed in a box with nothing else to keep it safe. I've bought some pricey stuff before that was wrapped up all nice and even double-boxed for extra protection. You should really think about how you package up your items so customers get them in good shape.

Shoes
I just bought a new pair of shoes from this store. But after only a few days of wearing them, one of the eyelets for the shoe strings ripped right through the shoe. I contacted customer service to ask about getting a replacement or using the warranty, but I was told they wouldn't do anything to help with this obviously faulty product. I've never dealt with such terrible customer service from a store before. Usually, companies stand by the quality of their products and offer some kind of solution for defects.
